Hints and tips showing how to pass level 4197 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie

I will post videos for every level and write tips where I think they are needed but otherwise please feel free to give your tips in the comments.
Level 4197 is classified as a hard level so you may lose some lives before you manage to pass it. This is an order level, you have to collect the gummi dragon to complete the level.
The dragon has to drop down the far left column so to collect it you will need to clear the waffles that are holding it back. You don't have many moves so try to make every one count.
You will get stripes dropping from the dispenser on the left but these alone won't be enough to clear the waffles. The best way to collect the dragon and complete the level is to switch a wrapped candy with a stripe beside the column with the waffles and this should go a long way to collecting the dragon and complete the level.
Take your time and look carefully at the board before every move so you don't waste any as you don't have many to spare.
