Level 4070 Candy Crush Saga is classified as a nightmarishly hard level so you may lose some lives before you manage to pass it. This is a multi task level, you have to collect toffee squares and licorice squares as well as clear the jelly to complete the level. All the orders are on the board at the start of the game so just need to be collected to complete the level.
The toffee squares and licorice are all covered in marmalade which will need to be cleared before you can collect them. There is no jelly under the licorice and toffees so once they are collected you don't have to worry about those sections of the board.
There are very few moves to complete everything that needs to be done so you must make every move count, don't waste moves if you can possibly help it. From the start look for chances to make special candies and combos, simple matches of three will not be enough to do everything that needs to be done to complete the level.
You may get a few stripes dropping from the dispensers at the top of the board, but you may not get enough to make much of a difference so you will need to look for chances to make special candies yourself. You'll need stripes and stripe combos to collect the toffees and licorice since you can't make matches beside most of them. For this reason you should take your time and try to make a special candy, or switch a combo, with every move. Look carefully at the board before every move, nothing will happen while you are thinking about your next move so there is no need to rush.
