Level 4467 Candy Crush saga is classified as a hard level so you may lose some lives before you manage to pass it. This is an order level, you have to collect the gummi dragons to complete the level. The video below was made before the cherries were changed to dragons but they will be collected in exactly the same way.
The exits for the dragons are at the bottom of the main section of the board so the dragons have to travel down the right side, through the portals into the top right and then down to the bottom of the board to be collected. You can see from this that the licorice shells at the top of the board are blocking the way so they will have to be opened by hitting them with stripes and stripe combos.
You will get stripes dropping from the dispensers along the top of the main section of the board, but you also should try to make your own. The more stripes you can make the better chance you will have of hitting the licorice shells enough to open them. Once the shells are opened the colourbombs inside will be able to drop down through the portals and the toffees and dragons will follow them through. If you can get two colourbombs side by side you can switch them to clear a layer from the toffees and help move the dragons nearer to the exits.
Once the licorice shells are cleared the toffees and dragons will drop through onto the main part of the board and the dragons then need to be dropped through to the exits by clearing anything below them.
Take your time and think carefully about every move before you make it so you don't waste any chances to make the special candies and combos you need to collect the dragons.
