Level 4473 Candy Crush Saga is an order level, you have to collect all the gummi dragons to complete the level. The video below was made before the cherries were changed to dragons but the dragons will be collected in exactly the same way. The dragons need to drop through the portals onto the main part of the board and down to the exits at the bottom of the board.
This level is not as hard as it looks as there are stripe dispensers in just the right places to clear the way for the dragons. The only thing you really need to do is to clear the blockers near the top of the board so that the dragons can drop through onto the board.
To clear the toffees there are stripes in the bottom left and right of the board so if you hit these stripes with a stripe from the dispensers at each side of the board the toffees will be cleared in just a few moves.
There are only 10 moves to complete the level, which may seem not enough, but as long as you concentrate on first clearing the blockers and then hitting the stripes at the bottom you shouldn't have too much trouble.
