Level 5550 Candy Crush Saga is an order level, you have to collect toffee squares to complete the level. All the toffees are on the board at the start of the game, but some are in the locked cells along the bottom of the board. You won't be able to collect all the toffees until you have unlocked the bottom row by collecting the keys. The keys will drop into the top part of the board once you begin to clear the toffees there to make space for them.
You will need to use vertical stripes or stripe combos to clear the toffees in the top part of the board and get the keys dropping. You will get stripes dropping from the dispensers in the bottom section of the board and these can be used to clear the toffees and also collect the keys. Since the keys are on a conveyor you can plan your moves so that the stripes are in position to hit the keys. You may even be able to match some of the keys if you are lucky.
Once the board is completely unlocked you can then concentrate on clearing the toffees either using combos or making matches beside them. A lot will depend on how many moves you have left once the keys are collected.
You need to clear all the toffees since there are just enough for the orders, so make sure you have cleared the top section totally as it's easy to overlook it once the keys are collected. Take your time and check the whole board carefully before every move so you make the best moves possible. Remember the conveyor will only move once when you have made a move so there is no need to rush, nothing will happen while you are thinking about your next move.
