Level 5544 Candy Crush Saga is classified as a nightmarishly hard level so you may lose some lives before you manage to pass it. This is an order level, you have to collect cream blockers and open the licorice shells to complete the level. Everything you need for the order is on the board from the start of the level so just need to be cleared to complete the level.
The first move is to switch the coconut wheel, it will clear more blockers and open up the board more if you switch it sideways as the cream on the right side is a single layer. Then you need to look for moves that will clear more cream blockers to open up the board more. Matches of three are not the best moves as you don't have enough moves to clear all the blockers in this way. You are going to need some powerful combos to have any chance of collecting the orders. The licorice shells will need to be hit using stripes and wraps to get them opened. If you can switch a colourbomb with a stripe better still as this will give you several hits on the shells.
There is no special strategy to completing level 5544 apart from making as many special candies and combos as you can and blast away at the board until everything is cleared. The bottom half of the board is much harder to clear so work in that part of the board as much as you can, your combos should also affect the top part of the board. Although you should try to work in the bottom part of the board don't ignore the top half as it may be possible to make special candies and combos there which will clear all parts of the board.
