Level 3038 Candy Crush Saga is classified as a super hard level so you may lose some lives before you manage to pass it. This is a multi task level, you have to clear the cakes, collect countdown bombs and clear all the jelly to complete the level. There is jelly over the whole board so everything has to be cleared to complete the level.
The candies in the top half of the board can drop through portals into the bottom half when you make moves there, so try to concentrate on making moves in the bottom half of the board. You will need stripes and wraps to unlock the locked licorice on the conveyor in the middle of the board. Let the licorice move into position where you can hit the most when you have a special candy or a combo.
You will also need stripes and combos to clear the cakes, use any combos you can make to clear the cakes and they will clear a whole layer from the board each, this will help to clear the licorice as well as anything else on the board.
The countdown bombs will only drop onto the board once the cakes are cleared as the cakes are blocking the bomb dispensers, the first cake will allow bombs to drop and the second will clear any that are on the board. The bombs won't be hard to collect as you don't need many, so don't worry if it takes a while to get them on the board. If you clear one of the cakes fairly early in the game keep your eye on the countdown on the bombs as you don't want them to count down to zero before you have cleared the jelly.
Take your time, there is no time limit and the bombs will only count down after you make a move, nothing will happen while you are thinking about your next move. Look carefully at the whole board before every move so you don't miss any chances to make the special candies and combos you need to complete the game.
