Level 3967 Candy Crush Saga is a dual task level, you have to collect the gummi dragon and clear all the jelly to complete the level. The dragon is on the board at the start of the game and you will have to clear the cream blockers below it to collect it. The jelly is under the chocolate, there is no jelly under the blockers on the far right.
To begin with make moves beside the marmalade to clear it so that you can clear the licorice and get to the chocolate. Look for chances to make stripes and wraps to clear more of the chocolate and also hit the blockers when you can. The fishing floats at the bottom of the board will give you some very useful jelly fish if you hit them with combos. The fish will always target squares with jelly in them and some of them will also clear the blockers which are holding back the dragon.
You will need to make special candies and combos to have any chance of completing level 3967, simple matches of three won't be enough to clear all the jelly and also you won't be able to collect the dragon without special candies and combos. Stripe/wrap combos are very good as they will help to clear chocolate, jelly and cream blockers with one move.
Take your time, there is no time limit and the chocolate will not spread while you are thinking about your next move. The chocolate only grows by one square after you make a move, then it will wait for your next move.
