Level 4054 Candy Crush Saga is an order level, you have to collect the gummi dragons to complete the level. The dragons will drop from the dispensers at the bottom left and right of the board but they can only drop out when the squares are unlocked. Keys are needed to unlock the locked cells and the keys can only drop onto the board once the licorice is unlocked. You can use the coconut wheels to unlock the licorice and allow the keys to drop.
First clear the marmalade on the top right so that you can switch the coconut wheel upwards to unlock the licorice. You only need to unlock the licorice on one side, so don't waste moves trying to clear the blockers on the left to get to that coconut wheel. Avoid moving the stripe at the top of the board as this will clear the blockers down the middle and get candies dropping into the bottom of the board. Once the licorice on one side is unlocked make moves below that to get the keys dropping and collect them as quickly as you can.
Once the keys are collected you'll need to clear the blockers from below the dragon dispensers so that the dragons can drop out. There are not exits in every column for the dragons, so you will have to get them over the exits before you clear the candy from under them. If you get a stripe in the bottom save it to use to collect the dragons when they are in position over the exits. A colourbomb will also be useful to collect the dragons, use it when the dragons are in a position to be collected.
Take your time and look carefully at the board before every move so you don't miss the best moves to do the tasks needed to collect the dragons. Remember, the task is only to collect the dragons, not clear the board.
