Level 4097 Candy Crush saga is classified as a nightmarishly hard level so you may lose some lives before you manage to pass it. This is an order level, you have to collect chocolate to complete the level. There is no chocolate on the board at the start of the game, the chocolate will be provided by the lucky candies that are on the board.
Try to work low down on the board as much as possible, if you match lucky candies near the top of the board they resulting chocolate could easily block the candies from dropping and you will run out of moves. If you do get too much chocolate near the top and moves are blocked you can use the stripes in the top part of the board to break up the chocolate.
Leave the stripes in the top part of the board until you have several, then switch them together to clear any chocolate, don't use them too much as you may need them to clear the chocolate if you get too much on the board.
Look for chances to make stripes and wraps and colourbombs as you play, these will be the best way to change the lucky candies and collect the chocolate. Take your time and look carefully at the board before every move so you don't waste any. try to change lucky candies or clear chocolate with every move to have a chance of collecting enough chocolate and completing the level.
