Level 5576 Candy Crush Saga is an order level, you have to collect jelly fish and countdown bombs to complete the level. The countdown bombs are on the right side of the board and more will drop as you clear them. The jelly fish will be provided by the fishing floats which are in the locked cells on the main part of the board.
The first job is to collect the keys from the bottom of the board to unlock the fishing floats. Don't worry about the bombs to begin with, they will never count down to zero so can be ignored until you get the fishing floats unlocked. Once the floats are unlocked start to make special candies and combos to get as many jelly fish as possible. The jelly fish will target the bombs and so you will get the bomb orders at the same time as the fish.
You won't be able to clear the bombs using combos because the licorice down the middle will block them. The only combos that will get to the bombs are colourbomb combos, but that doesn't matter since the jelly fish will collect the bombs. Stripe/wrap combos are the best way to get a lot of fish, but any combo will work well. The more floats you hit with your combos the more fish you will get and the more bombs will be collected.
Take your time and think carefully about every move so you don't miss any chances to make the special candies and combos you need to complete the level.
