Hints and tips showing how to pass level 3647 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Level 3647 is a dual task level, you have to collect four ingredients and clear the jelly to complete the level.
There are only three colours on the board so it isn't hard to make stripes ans wraps so this is what you should be looking for. Vertical stripes to clear the waffles and collect the ingredients and horizontal stripes to move the candies in the opposite side of the board. You can't make colourbombs as there are only 4 squares in each section, but there are two colourbombs on the board which are covered in marmalade.
Don't worry about using the colourbombs, it's tempting to try to get them together but it isn't needed and will waste moves, just keep making combos with the stripes and wraps and let the colourbombs explode when you hit them.
You don't need to worry too much about collecting the ingredients, they will drop out of the exits as you clear the jelly.
This isn't a hard level at the moment but it is likely to be made harder at some stage, so watch this space!
