Hints and tips showing how to pass level 3970 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie

Level 3970 Candy Crush Saga is classified as a nightmarishly hard level so you are likely to lose some lives before you manage to pass it. This is a multi task level, you have to collect toffee squares and licorice as well as clear the jelly to complete the level.
The first job is to clear the blockers at the top of the board so that the keys can drop from the dispensers. Once you get the keys dropping you should collect them as soon as possible to unlock the bottom part of the board. Once the board is opened up treat this as a normal jelly level and the orders will be collected as you work on clearing the jelly. As with all jelly levels you need to plan your moves carefully as there are not many to spare.
Look for chances to make colourbomb combos as these will be the best way to clear both the orders and the jelly. Especially usefull are colourbomb/wrap combos, they will clear much more of the orders and jelly and also get licorice dropping. The licorice can be tricky if you try to collect it by making moves beside them, if you clear them in this way no more will drop, you need to use combos to collect the licorice. Cascades that you create with combos will also get the licorice dropping and clear it at the same time.
Take your time, there is no time limit on level 3970, and look carefully at the whole board before every move so you don't waste moves.
