Hints and tips showing how to pass level 3984 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Level 3984 is a dual task level, you have to collect the cherry and clear all the jelly to complete the level.
The floats in the left side of the board are the secret to completing level 3984, they will give you the fish that will help unlock the licorice and also clear the jelly when the board is a bit more open.
The cherry moves down the diagonal path once all the locked licorice is cleared so you don't need to worry too much about it, if you get enough combos to clear the jelly the cherry will be collected anyway.
To begin with you need to look for stripe/wrap combos to unlock the licorice and also hit as many floats as you can. Colourbomb combos will be good too, switch a colourbomb with just about anything. As with most jelly levels this needs you to blast away with any combos you can make and if you are left with a few jellies you are unable to clear, hit a float instead and the fish will get the jellies for you.
The spawner in the bottom half of the board needs to be cleared as there is jelly under it, the fish do target the spawner quite a lot but this doesn't seem to count as a hit, so you will need to hit it with combos to clear it.
The video below starts with 28 moves but is completed in 20 moves so well within the number of moves available at the time of writing.
