Level 3986 Candy Crush Saga is an order level, you have to collect two gummi dragons to complete the level. The video below was made before the cherries were changed to dragons, but the strategy is the same and the dragons can be collected in exactly the same way.

The dragons are in the top left and right of the board and need to drop down to the conveyor. Once on the conveyor the dragons need to travel towards the middle of the board where they can be dropped off into the bottom of the board and from there to the exits at the bottom of the board.

The first job is to clear the cream blockers holding back the dragons at the top. To clear the cream blockers you can use the stripes from the dispensers in the bottom part of the board. The licorice squares on the top conveyor will block your stripes so it's a good idea to clear them first if you can, but don't waste too many moves doing this as there are not many to spare.

Once the dragons are freed from the blockers drop them down to the conveyor so that they can move along to the middle of the board. Once the dragons are in a position where they can drop into the bottom make a move below them to drop them through into the bottom of the board. Try not to let them go back to the outside of the conveyors as you may not have enough moves left to get them back to the middle where they are able to be collected.

Take your time and look carefully at the whole board before every move so you don't waste any and look for chances to make stripes and other special candies and combos with every move. Remember the task is only to collect the dragons, not to clear the board.

You have to collect 2 ingredients to complete level 3986 Candy Crush Saga.

The ingredients are held back by the spawners at the top of the board so these have to be destroyed before you can move them. Look for moves in the bottom of the board as there are stripe dispensers there which will give you very useful stripes to hit the spawners with. You need to clear the licorice out of the way before you start to use the stripes or they will be wasted.

Each time the spawners spawn they will fill the space below with a bomb and if you can switch these and hit the spawners you should, every hit counts.

Once the spawners are destroyed and the ingredients are free you need to get them off the conveyor when they get to the gap near the middle and down to the exits.

The video below by Kazuohk starts with 24 moves but is completed in less than the 19 moves now available so it is still relevant.
