Level 4083 Candy Crush Saga is a dual task level, you have to collect 2 ingredients and clear all the jelly to complete the level.
You don't need to worry too much about the ingredients as they will find their way to the exits as you clear the jelly.
The first thing to do is to clear some of the licorice to give you a bit more space to work and make special candies. Any combo can be used to clear licorice but it can seem like hard work sometimes.
The fish are the secret to passing this level, so take any chance to hit the floats with special candies and especially combos. The more you can hit the floats with combos the more chance you have of passing the level.
When you get to the last few jellies it is much easier to hit the floats and let the fish clear them than to try to hit the jellies.
