Hints and tips showing how to pass level 4249 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie

I will post videos for every level and write tips where I think they are needed but otherwise please feel free to give your tips in the comments.
Level 4249 Candy Crush Saga is classified as a hard level so you may lose some lives before you manage to pass it. This is an order level, you have to clear the cake and collect toffee squares to complete the level. Everything is on the board at the start of the game and just has to be cleared to complete the level.
First concentrate on clearing the cake and this will clear a layer from the whole board, unlocking the licorice locks and clearing the marmalade. Once the cake is cleared you will be able to see what you need to collect the toffees and complete the level. Wrapped candies are one of the best candies to clear the licorice and toffees. Switch a wrap with another wrap or a colourbomb for the best clearance of licorice. While there is licorice on the board stripes are less effective.
Once the licorice is cleared you will be left with the remaining toffees to collect. Look carefully at the board and think carefully about every move before you make it. Stripes and stripe combos will be more useful once the licorice is cleared and stripe combos can be used to clear the remaining toffees.
