Hints and tips showing how to pass level 4399 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie

I will post videos for every level and write tips where I think they are needed but otherwise please feel free to give your tips in the comments.
Level 4399 Candy Crush Saga is classified as a hard level so you may lose some lives before you manage to pass it. This is a dual task level, you have to collect jelly fish and clear the jelly to complete the level. To begin with you don'r have many choices of moves so just make the best moves you can to open up the board a bit.
Once ypou clear some of the blockers you will get stripes and wraps dropping from the dispensers at the top of the board. Try to switch the stripes and wraps together if you can, otherwise using them alone will still be helpful.
The fish drop from the dispensers at the sides of the board and to get them dropping you need to clear the blockers from below them. Once the fish begin to drop they will help to clear the jelly as well as being the orders. Make sure you make enough space for the fish to drop regularly or you may find you are running out of moves and have not collected enough fish. At the end of the game when you only have a few jellies left it can be better to get fish and use them to clear the last few jellies rather than try to get the jelly using moves.
