Candy Crush Saga Level 5042 Tips and video

Hints and tips showing how to pass level 5042 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie Tips and walkthrough video for this level. Even experts sometimes need help! I will post videos for every level and write tips where I think they are needed but otherwise please feel free to give your tips in the comments.

Level 5042 Candy Crush Saga is an order level, you have to collect stripes, licorice and waffles to complete the level. You will get some of the orders from the lucky candies and some are already on the board at the start of the game. Try to work close to the bottom of the board if possible to create mini cascades, this will save some moves and hopefully give you more of the orders. Slow down and look at the whole board before every move so that you don't miss any chances to make special candies or combos.

Hints and tips showing how to pass level 5042 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie

Level 5042 Candy Crush Saga is an orders level, you have to collect the two kinds of chocolate to complete the level. There is a definite strategy to passing this level and this all revolves around collecting the keys on the left.

A double colourbomb combo at the start of the level will unlock the locked cells on the bottom left if you can get this combo straight away. However you don't need to make this combo, you just need to make stripes to hit the squares indicated in the image below. This will release the yellow keys and they will match to unlock the locked cells.

As you can see you need to unlock the top key and clear the blocker, this will match the keys on the left and leave one key to drop down onto the conveyor. Detonate the yellow stripe to unlock the final key and this will match with the remaining two along the bottom of the board. All this can be done in any order to unlock the licorice and release the lucky candies from the dispensers near the bottom of the board.

Once the lucky candies are on the board they will give you the chocolate you need, you don't need to allow the chocolate to grow as there will be plenty of lucky candies dropping from the dispensers. Clear the chocolate and change the lucky candies as they drop from the dispensers.
