 You have to pop all the mystery candies to get your yellows.  Try to get the center mystery candy as soon as possible so the bottom can fill up and you can make combos on both sides of the brick wall.   
If you can get a couple stripe/wrap combos to hit the same 2 popcorns till they pop, you can get a double chocolate bomb blast that will hit the mystery candies and hit the remaining popcorns and hopefully give you a couple more chocolate bombs.  
If you can get 2 double chocolate bomb blasts, the second one will hit all the yellows and your done.  If you're good at making your own chocolate bombs you can make your own double chocolate bomb blasts and not rely so much on the popcorn - I got my 3rd star that way.   
If you have to use your chocolate bombs individually, try to pair it up with a stripe and that should knock  it out.  
If you get one or two yellows and no more chocolate bombs left on the board - you have to hit them with a stripe or striped/wrapped combo.

It's hard to predict moves with a board that moves so much so make your special candies and combos as soon as you see them.  
Concentrate on popping the popcorn early on so that it is not  the last jelly standing.  
Try to get wraps and a stripes side by side on the conveyor belt and align them with it till it's a hit.  
Watch the bombs carefully -  if they get stuck on the lower conveyor belt - even with 9 or 10 moves still remaining,  it's hard to pop them until they rotate back up and you may run out of moves before that happens.  
Sides and corners are the hardest jellies to get too so focus on those areas first - the center usually takes care of itself.

Another board with very few opening move choices.  
Luckily there are only 4 colors to this one so making combos is pretty easy.   
Check for moves that will break a crate after every move.   You want to break the top crate on the far right hand side as soon as possible so the whole board fills up and you can clear that part of the board.    
A couple color bomb/stripes will clear this board with no problems.
