Level 1303 Candy Crush Saga is classified as a super hard level so you will lose some lives before you manage to pass it. I believe that the level has been made almost impossible by the reduction in the moves to only 15. But as you will see from the video below it is still possible if you follow the tips.
The only way to solve this is to clear as much jelly as you can from the top and bottom parts of the board so that when the UFO's are eventually unlocked they will clear any remaining jelly. Ignore the keys, they will be collected as you play and you don't really want the UFO's to be unlocked too early, you need the UFO's to be released when you have only a few jellies left so that they will finish the job for you. If you release the UFO's too early they will be wasted.
You need to make the most powerful combos you can, colourbomb combos are best but stripe/wrap combos are also very useful as they will clear both parts of the board at the same time.

A fairly simple strategy, unlock the three fruits and get them out of the teleports and back to the exits in the middle of the board. 

Unfortunately you only have 20 moves to achieve this goal.

Vertical stripes or a well placed strip/wrap combo should take care of unlocking the fruit, then work in the top half of the board to get them to the exits.

Level 1312 seems to be a simple level, but without a bit of luck with the candies it can be a very frustrating one.

A helpful booster would be the coconut wheel.

Candy Crush Saga Level 1310

Clear the blockers between the chocolate spawners to get candies in the bottom part of the board. 

The candies fall through the teleports into the left bottom, through that and into the right bottom, so the right bottom section is the "bottom" of the board. Any move you make in the right bottom will affect the whole board. Moves you make in the left bottom will affect the top but not the right bottom, unless you are using specials or combos which fire into that section.

There is jelly under all the blockers between the chocolate machines so everything has to be cleared.

Don't let the chocolate take over too much, if you plan your moves carefully you should be able to keep it under control.

You especially don't want the chocolate blocking the teleports and stopping the candies falling through.

Colour bomb/stripe combos are especially good for clearing the chocolate and jelly.
If you need to use boosters you may find the jelly fish booster very helpful for level 1310.

 You have to break through all the icing to reach the jellies on the bottom part of the board.   
The chocolate takes over QUICKLY so don't let them get out of your control.  The first place the chocolate seems to spawn to is the teleports so if you can get to those jellies before they get smothered in chocolate  that would be very ideal.  
If you can clear all the icing blockers up top and still have moves left the bottom is pretty easy. Try to clear the top jellies down there first as those are the ones that will not refill if the portals get blocked by chocolate.
