You get 20 moves to clear all the jelly.  You will need to fatten up the frog so you can use him to get the keys so the locked jellies are exposed.  He takes anywhere from  5-6 matches,  depending on how many candies he munches,  to fatten him up and trigger Frogtastic mode. 
You only need the frog once.  A color bomb ignites frogtastic mode immediately.  So fatten him up, get your keys and then spend rest of your moves clearing the remaining jellies.  20 moves go fast and you can count on at least half of them going to fatten up Frog (unless you get lucky and get a color bomb), so some pretty big combos are needed to clear up the remaining jellies.  
I would even consider using one of my color bombs from the pregame boosters if you find yourself unable to clear the board, but use it to fatten the frog by hitting frog colour candies with it, not to collect keys.

Another fun level.  The popcorn is probably the most difficult part of this level,  but with only 4 colors on the board making stripes and wrapped candies is pretty simple.  
A couple well placed wrapped candies can pop the corn and it's game over.  
Each popcorn needs three hits.  The cake cannons take up space so get rid of them so you have more room to make moves.  
Watch your moves carefully - it will take at least 5-6 "good" moves to clear the cakes so you will not have very many left to pop the corn. 
 As for the 42 layers of blockers that you need, the first  cannon will give you the majority of what you need  , the second one will give you a couple more and then just getting to the popcorn will give you the rest -- so it was a non issue.  Just work on getting some wrapped candies down to the popcorn before you run out of moves.  
Points on the other hand,  is pretty tough here.  You need almost a perfect game to get that third star.  But go for chocolate bombs and wrapped candies- they are the high scorers !

I thought this was a really fun level.  You have 32 moves to collect 2 cherries.  
To get the cherries,  you need to get those 20 count bombs on the top left and right corners out of the way.  
You can either 
1.) Chip away at the blockers around them, remove the jelly then match or zap them,  
2.) chip away at the 2 color bombs in the center of the board and use one to remove the jelly and the other one to zap the bombs - they were always the same colors for me or 
3.) take your chances with the lucky/unlucky  candies at the bottom to see if you get 2 color bombs.    
If you are lucky enough to get a horizontal stripe or stripe / wrap combo on the first top 2  rows, use them before they drop and the bombs will fall to the main play area once the side blockers are chipped away.  You need lots of big combos to reach the last columns of blockers so the cherries can exit. 
 If you do get a chance to move the cherries over do so, the further towards the center of the board the easier it is to get them to an exit.
