You need to collect 3 ingredients. To do this you will nee to clear just one of the blockers which are preventing the ingredients from falling down from the dispensers into the bottom part of the board.
I found this to be one of the easiest levels in the game, the ingredients fall out of the top into the bottom diagonally as soon as the way is cleared, then you just need to get them out of the exits. 
The mystery candies are usually helpful but even if they turn into bad things you shouldn't have too much trouble with level 1545.
You only have 20 moves, so keep your eyes on them so you don't run out.

You need to score at least 160,000 points in 25 moves. Not easy, especially with 4 Evil Spawners and 3 chocolate machines blocking up the lower board with chocolate and marmalade.
The only way to score the points you need is to make special candies and combos, especially colour bombs. Use wrapped candies or stripes to grow the popcorns and give you some colour bombs.
If you can switch the colour bombs with wrapped candies this will give you the best scores, but switching a colour bomb with a stripe will clear a lot of marmalade and chocolate if it is starting to take over, although this won't give you many points.
Hit the spawners if you can, but don't waste moves on them, if you are making combos for the points that should keep them under control.

The main problem in level 1541 is the bombs, if they get into difficult to get places they may kill your game.
All you need to do is clear the cream blockers at the top of the right side of the board, and use stripes or colour bombs to collect the keys, then clear the cream blockers at the bottom which are blocking the exits. 
The fruit has to go through the teleports at the bottom of the left side, then down the right side to the exits. Done. 
BUT, all the time you are doing this you have to keep the bombs under control, they don't have a very long countdown so can't be ignored.
A vertical stripe on the right side, in the same column as the ingredients, will get them down in one move.
