Level 1819 is a dual task level, you have to collect one cherry and clear all the jelly.
The cherry isn't too much of a problem, all you have to do is make stripes and stripe/wrap combos to clear the blockers under it and it will fall down onto the conveyor and through the exit.
There is even a stripe provided in exactly the right place to clear the blockers and let the fruit down.
The hard part of this level is clearing the jelly in the moves provided so keep making combos, especially wrapped candies will give good clearance.

You have to collect 65 blue candies, all the chocolate and the 9 licorice.
There is a frog hidden in the chocolate which you will need to uncover and grow to full size in order to be able to collect the licorice.
Work your way into the chocolate and start using combos to clear it as quickly as possible so you can begin to grow the frog.
Don't worry too much about the blue candies, as long as you clear the board and make as many combos as you can the blues will be collected without a problem. The only time you have to worry about the blues is if it takes a lot of moves to clear the chocolate as this will clog up the board and prevent the blues from falling.
Once the frog is grown use it to clear the licorice and then check how many blues are needed, if any.

Get 125,000 points in 25 moves to complete level 1817 Candy Crush Saga. The first, and most important, thing you need to do is collect keys to unlock the countdown bombs in the bottom left section of the board.You have to do this before the bombs count down to zero, so it has to be a priority. Use stripes or colourbombs if you can make them. Once the bombs are unlocked get them cleared straight away or they will kill the game.
Once the board is opened up just look for any chance to make special candies and combos. There are only 4 colours on the board so it is fairly easy to make special candies and combos, this will give you the best scores. There is a stripe dispenser at the top which will give you a few stripes if you make moves under it and there is also a bomb dispenser which will drop bombs when you make moves under it. Don't be afraid to let the bombs drop, these will give you the best scores when you clear them, especially if you clear them with a colourbomb. Don't be tempted to switch a colourbomb with a stripe, especially if there are bombs on the board, this will change any bombs into stripes and you won't get as good scores from them, much better to switch a colourbomb with a single candy for the chance to make more colourbombs.
