You have to score 35,000 points in 35 seconds on a very restricted board!
The two halves of the board are not related in any way so it's like playing two games at the same time, which can be confusing and time consuming.
Aim for clearing the extra time candies as much as possible but always look for colour bomb and wrap patterns as these two special candies will be the best for giving cascades, which in turn will give you more extra time candies.
The score has been made a bit higher but as long as you can work your way into the extra time candies you should be able to make it within a few lives. The video below is the original version which was slightly easier.

You have 35 moves to collect just 2 ingredients.
The second ingredient won't appear until you have collected the first, so you'll need to work on getting the first ingredient out of the exits as soon as possible.
Use stripes and stripe/wrap combos to clear the blockers in the bottom part of the board.
The cream blocker at the top is the hardest one to clear, but a colour bomb/stripe combo should take care of it as long as you make sure you have at least one candy the same colour as the stripe in line with the blocker you want to hit.
Colour bomb/stripe combos are probably the best combos to use in level 1884, both for clearing the blockers and for getting the ingredients out of the exits.
There are only 4 colours on the board so making spoecial candies is pretty easy, however, getting them into position where you need them is not so easy as they tend to self destruct just when you think you have them where you want them.

Level 1883 is classified as a hard level and it really can be quite hard.
You have to make and use 5 colour bombs in 22 moves, as there are only 4 colours on the board it should be quite easy. The problem is the shape of the board which makes it a bit harder to get the colour bomb patterns and also you will use quite a few moves clearing the blockers to give you space to work. There is no need to clear the blockers completely, just enough so you have a good clear space to make your colour bombs. You may not be able to make moves in the bottom part of the board but if you can make a couple of combos to clear some of the blockers it will make life a bit easier.
You also need to keep the chocolate under control at the bottom.
I found it easiest to make the colour bombs in the top part of the board and once the blockers are cleared you can make moves in the bottom part to keep the chocolate cleared and this will move the candies in the top as they drop through the teleports. This way you can use the cascades to get your candies in position to make colour bombs.
The biggest problem is the shortage of moves, you really don't have many to spare on clearing blockers but without doing that you are unlikely to make the colour bombs you need. A really hard level!
