Level 1904 is a dual task level, you need to collect the ingredients as well as clear all the jelly.
The ingredients will fall from the dispenser at the bottom of the board as soon as the two blockers are cleared out of the way.
There are striped candies provided which, when activated, will clear the blockers out of the way. It doesn't matter what order you activate the stripes, they will stay where they are to remove the blockers and will not be affected by any shuffling. You will need to hit the stripes twice to use them, once to clear the marmalade and once to activate the stripe.
Colour bombs will do the job of hitting the strips and once one is activated it will hit the stripe on the opposite side and either clear the marmalade or set off the stripe.
While all this is going on at the bottom you still have to make sure you clear all the jelly at the top, which can be a bit trickier and needs a bit of luck.
If you are struggling with level 1904 you could try using a coconut wheel booster of jelly fish booster, but I have tried both and not found either to be particularly helpful. Because of the shape of the playing area to begin with the coconut wheel is not in a position to hit the stripes at the start and if you don't get more it is a bit of a waste of a booster.

You only have 18 moves to clear the blockers on level 1903.
The start of level 1903 is very restricted and you need to work your way through the blockers to open up the board. Once you have a choice work close to the bottom of the board to create cascades which will clear blockers without wasting moves.
You should especially try to make cascades down the sides to hit the blockers in the side squares which are the hardest to clear.
With only 4 colours on the board cascades are common and are the only way you will beat this level without boosters.
Wrapped candies are best for creating cascades, as are colour bombs. This is a level where you can switch a colour bomb with a wrap and get great results. Passing level 1903 is not the biggest challenge, getting three stars is more of a challenge.

You need to score at least 160,000 points in only 30 moves to complete level 1902 Candy Crush Saga
To get such a high score you will need to release the bombs from the dispensers at the top as soon as possible by clearing the cream blockers.
The best way to clear the blockers and release the bombs is to hit the UFO at the top with a stripe, or if you have a lolly hammer use that to get things moving quickly.
Once you have space to work you need to concentrate on making colour bombs and using them on a colour that has the most countdown bombs. Better still use the colour bombs directly on a countdown bomb. 
Don't switch a colour bomb with a stripe or a wrap as you will lose the points if a countdown bomb turns into a stripe or a wrap.
Stripe/wrap combos and double wrap combos give reasonably good points but a double colour bomb combo is not good for points scoring although it is very good for clearing blockers.
