Hints and tips showing how to pass level 2173 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
You have 25 moves to collect 12 licorice and 35 cream blockers.
The cream blockers are all on the board but there are only 6 licorice, so you will need to unlock the magic mixer at the top and it will spawn more licorice.
Once the mixer is unlocked it will drop 2 pieces of licorice every three moves, so you need to unlock it with at least 10 moves left if you are to have any chance of collecting enough licorice.
The first thing to do therefore is to clear as many blockers as you can, this will release the existing licorice onto the board where you can collect it easily, then make your stripes or combo to unlock the mixer and continue clearing.
This is not a hard level as long as you manage to unlock the mixer in time to get all your licorice.

Level 2172 is a dual task level, you have to collect 2 ingredients as well as clear all the jelly in 30 moves.
You don't have to worry too much about the ingredients, they will drop down as you clear the jelly, what you do need to do is destroy the Evil Spawner ( magic mixer) in the middle of the board.
The spawner will fill up the board with licorice if you don't destroy it in the first few moves. It also blocks the path that the ingredients fall down so the sooner you clear it the better chance you have of completing the level.
Once the spawner is gone forget about the ingredients and work on clearing the licorice and jelly.
Once the first ingredient is close to the bottom you should clear it out of the exit as the second ingredient won't appear until the first one is out of the exits so yo will need a few moves to collect the second ingredient.

You have 32 moves to collect 65 cream blockers.
Moves are fairly restricted at the start so try to clear some blockers with every move. Look for ways to clear the blockers under the dispensers that will give you mystery candies, these will usually help a lot by changing into stripes and wraps and other helpful stuff.
Stripe/wrap combos are great for clearing lots of blockers but use the conveyor to get them into the best position.
Colourbomb combos are also good and sometimes you will get colourbombs from the mystery candies so match as many of those as you can.
Look carefully at the whole board before every move so you don't miss any chances to make those combos.
