Level 2178 is a dual task level, you have to collect the cherry as well as clear all the jelly in 25 moves.
At some stage in the game you will have to make vertical stripes in the middle of the board to unlock and release the cherry which is locked under chocolate at the top of the board.
Work on clearing the jelly and keeping the chocolate under control while looking for the opportunity to make the stripes needed to collect the cherry.
A colourbomb/stripe combo should do the job if you are not too unlucky. Try to get at least 2 candies of the same colour as the stripe in line with the cherry before you switch the combo to give you the best chance of clearing the way for the cherry to fall down to the exit.
Apart from that work as close to the bottom of the board as you can to create cascades. You will get some mystery candies from the dispensers at the top and these can be useful, or not!

You need to score 200,000 points in 30 moves.
To get the score needed you will have to unlock the candies in the top part of the board to release the bombs.
Unfortunately, once you release the bombs you have to clear them before they count down, so they are a double edged sword! 
If you clear the cake bombs quickly they will unlock all the candies in the top part of the board so you can start making matches there to get the bombs dropping and build up your score.
If you manage to unlock the top candies before the cake bombs the cakes will clear any bombs and give you a good score.
If you have a move that will clear a cake, save it until you have bombs ready to explode and you can then use the cake to clear any bombs that are about to explode.
Colourbombs are the best specials to use for fantastic scores if you can manage to make them, although I passed the level without any. Use a colourbomb on any colour that has the most bombs.
Using a colourbomb on a wrap or stripe will not help your score much but will destroy loads of bombs if they are in danger of exploding.

You need to collect the 5 popcorns from the middle of the board in 26 moves.
The best candies for growing popcorn are wraps, so take any chance to make them, especially if you can get them close to the popcorns.
Stripe/wrap combos are also good and you can use the conveyor to get the combos together.
Make moves under the mystery candy dispensers if there is no better move, this will give you some mysteries which can be helpful, or not!
Because of the low number of moves this can be a hard level, but if you can work on making combos it is quite doable although it took me quite a few goes to do it.
