Level 2317 Candy Crush Saga is classified as a hard level so you may lose a few lives before you manage to pass it.
You have to collect 2 ingredients to complete level 2317 Candy Crush Saga and you have 19 moves to do it.
Collect the keys as quickly as possible, this will unlock 2 coconut wheels at the top which can be used to clear two layers off the blockers which are holding the ingredient back.
Be very careful when you use the coconut wheels. If you have cleared the blockers from the sides of the top section using stripes or combos the ingredient could slip down sideways and get stuck at the side.
It is better not to clear any of the blockers before you unlock the coconut wheels and you won't have a problem.
You will get some mystery candies from the dispensers at the bottom, and they can be really useful if you get a stripe/wrap combo from them or a colourbomb.
Once the blockers are gone you can make matches at the bottom of the board to bring down the ingredients.
The second ingredient will not drop until the first one is off the board, but it is fairly easy to get the second one down as there will be no blockers to stop it.
There are 5 colours on the board so it isn't too hard to make special candies and combos and with a bit of luck the mysteries will help too.

You have to collect the three ingredients, which will travel down the columns they are in to the exits.
There are a lot of moves at the time of writing, which makes this a fairly easy level but that could change at a later date, so my apologies if I have more moves than you!
Although you won't need to clear all the blockers on the right to collect the ingredients, you will have to clear the bombs before they count down.
Sideways stripes and stripe/wrap combos will clear some of the blockers and unlock the bombs, as will colourbombs. 
You will get lots of mystery candies dropping from the dispenser at the top left, so match these as much as possible to get the specials and combos you need.
The fish don't really help a lot as there is no jelly, so they can go anywhere, but they have to be cleared to get the nut down that column.
The two nuts on the right will drop down through the portals if there is a space for them, this is why you don't have to clear all the blockers to collect them.
Work at the bottom of the board as much as possible to create cascades and get the mystery candies falling.
This is a fairly easy level at present, but if they reduce the number of moves it can still be done. I have completed it in less than 20 moves, although not in the following video.

You have 30 moves to clear the jelly and complete level 2315.
The jelly is not the problem, the problem is the licorice which is being spawned by the magic mixers every third move.
You need to get a very good start to have any chance of beating the licorice spawners, the first one has to be destroyed in as few moves as possible so you only have one to fight.
Try to make your first move as low down on the board as you can, with luck this will cause a mini cascade and clear a fair amount of licorice.
Work on one side to clear the mixer, you need to hit it 5 times to remove it.
Once the first mixer is gone move to the other side and work on clearing the second one, if you try to make moves on both sides the licorice will have a good chance of taking over.
This can be a most frustrating level as the licorice sometimes seems relentless in taking your candies.
If you can't clear one of the mixers fairly quickly it may be a waste of time to continue. I used the quit button quite a lot on this level.
