The aim of level 2363 is to clear the jelly. There is no jelly under the Evil Spawners (magic mixers), but that doesn't really help because you will have to destroy at least some of them if you are to have any chance of clearing the jelly.
The spawners will cover the board with either licorice or marmalade if you don't destroy them.
It is no good trying to clear the spawners one at a time, try to hit more than one with each move by working near the bottom as much as possible.,
The first 3 or 4 moves should be spread between different spawners and hopefully you can create cascades which will hit more than one with each move.
The aim has to be to clear more licorice with each move that is being spawned until you finally destroy some of the spawners.
Look carefully at the board before every move and don't panic about the licorice and marmalade, there's nothing you can do about it once you have made your move so take your time and think about every move before you make it.
There are now five colours on the board but this doesn't stop you making special candies and combos.
Wrapped candies are best for clearing all the stuff that is spawned out as well as clearing the spawners. If you can switch two wrapped candies together this will go a long way to clearing loads of stuff.

You have 12 moves to collect 36 cream blockers and complete level 2362.
You don't need to grow all the popcorns to pass level 2362, but they are helpful if you do manage to grow them into colourbombs.
Work close to the bottom of the board, but check to see if there is a move that will clear blockers and open up the top a bit to begin with.
You'll need to be looking for vertical stripes and stripe/wrap combos which will clear blockers but make sure the combos are in a position to hit the popcorns too, you may as well get the benefit of doing two things at once.
Once you have a colourbomb, either from the popcorns or by making it yourself, switch it with a colour that will detonate one of the wraps at the top. 
There are not enough moves to clear the blockers by matching next to them, you really need to get colourbombs and stripe/wrap combos to have any chance of collecting the blockers.

Level 2361 Candy Crush Saga is classified as a hard level so you may lose a few lives before you manage to pass it although I didn't find it as hard as some.
You have 21 moves to grow the two popcorns, there is no need to detonate the resulting colourbombs as the orders are only for the popcorns.
There are only 4 colours on the board so it is fairly easy to make special candies and combos.
If you work mostly in the bottom right section the candies will drop down from the top left so you can bring combos together by checking the top left before every move.
Hit the popcorns with stripes and stripe/wrap combos and this will also move the licorice from around the UFO. When the UFO has a candy next to it you can switch it and it will place the three wrapped candies next to the popcorns, which will give you two hits on each.
