Level 2583 is a timed level, you need to score 35,000 points in 45 seconds to complete the level.
Work as close to the bottom of the board as you can to begin with to clear some of the blockers and open up the board a little.
The extra time candies can only be collected by fish from the fishing floats or colourbombs, so look for colourbomb patterns or combos that will hit the floats.
Once you have collected extra time candies you will get countdown bombs with only 5 moves, but the fish from the floats will clear these too as well as colourbombs and they will also give you good scores.
Keep working near the bottom of the board but take a second or two while the candies are settling to look for those special candies and combos.

You have to collect all the cream blockers and licorice in 17 moves to complete level 2582 Candy Crush Saga.
First see if you can make any moves alongside the blockers on the left, this will give you a good start.
There are only 4 colours on the board, so making special candies and combos is fairly easy.
Look for stripe/wrap combos which will clear blockers and licorice in the one move.
Don't worry about the chocolate, even if it gets unlocked it can't cross the conveyor and should be easy to control as you clear the orders.

You have 30 moves to clear all the jelly and complete level 2581 Candy Crush Saga.
You'll need to watch the conveyors carefully so if a candy match will happen when the conveyor moves you can leave it and move somewhere else to avoid wasting moves.
Apart from that try to work in the bottom part of the board if you can to create cascades.
The jellies in the sections which are separate from the rest of the board can be cleared using colourbombs, or stripes, which will move along the conveyor and up to the top if needed.
The shape of the board makes level 2581 quite tricky as it isn't easy to make special candies.
