Level 2616 is a dual task level, you have to clear all the jelly and collect the two ingredients in 40 moves to complete the level.
Don't let the locked chocolate worry you, the Spawner at the bottom of the board will unlock some of it and the rest will be unlocked as you work on clearing the jelly.
To begin with try to break into the bottom part of the board using stripes and stripe/wrap combos.
Once in the bottom part of the board work there as much as possible as that is where the jelly is.
Clear under the dispenser on the left of the board and this will give you loads of stripes which can be used to help clear jelly and hit the spawner.
You will need to clear the spawner as there is jelly under it and it will keep spawning chocolate and blocking your moves.
The ingredients are fairly easy to clear as there are plenty of exits so it's just a matter of getting them to the bottom of the board.

Morts Helmets/ Magic Dash

The Magic Dash is a challenge that is available on the new HTML5 version and mobiles. where you can win boosters for passing levels without losing a life.  The boosters can't be saved with your stash, they will be there to use on the next level you play.
When you win the first helmet, the next level will begin with a colourbomb.
The second helmet will give you a stripe/wrap  and a colourbomb.
The third helmet will give you a stripe/wrap, colourbomb and three extra moves.
The best way to get the helmets is to choose an easy level and play it several times until you get the third helmet, then play a hard level that you are stuck on and you will have all the boosters to help.
If you fail the level any time while you are trying to win the helmets you will have to start again, so be sure to choose a level you know you can win every time.
This challenge is not available constantly, it will come and go so if you have it you should take advantage while it is there.

You have only 11 moves to collect the orders and complete level 2615 Candy Crush Saga.
First you need to get the keys dropping by making matches in the bottom part of the board, the quicker you collect the keys the quicker you can get the lucky candies dropping to make the orders.
If you are lucky you will get quite a lot of colourbombs from the lucky candies, but you are also likely to get licorice, so the quicker you collect the licorice the more likely you are to get yellow candies and colourbombs.
Since there are not many moves, when you have just yellow candies to collect you are likely to have a colourbomb next to a yellow so count the number of yellows you have on the board before you switch them to make sure you have enough. With so few moves switching colourbombs together works well as it will collect what you need and change more lucky candies.
