Level 2701 is a dual task level, you need to collect the cherry and clear the jelly to complete the level.
First thing is to clear the blockers to get the candies moving, clearing the ones above the portals will get candies into the bottom part of the board so you can clear the jelly and clearing the blockers under the dispenser in the middle top of the board will release stripes which you can use to blast the spawner in the middle.
If you can get the candies dropping both sides fairly quickly you can clear some jelly before you unlock the spawner, but I found it no easier to work that way than to clear the spawner first.
Once the spawner is unlocked it will begin to spawn chocolate which will very quickly take over the bottom half of the board if you don't keep hitting the spawner. For this reason you need to keep making matches under the dispenser to get stripes until the spawner is destroyed, this will also collect the cherry.
Whichever way you play level 2701 you will need some luck to get started, but once the spawner is out of the way it gets a bit easier.

Level 2700 Candy Crush Saga is classified as a hard level so you can expect to lose a few lives before you manage to pass it, even if you don't get the "never-ending loop" glitch that some players have experienced.
You need to be making matches in the top part of the board as quickly as possible as that is where all the jelly is. This can be done by making stripes in the bottom part of the board and firing them into the blockers, also if you make matches near the middle of the board you will get wrapped candies dropping down from the dispenser and with a bit of luck you will be able to make combos with them to clear more blockers.
Once the candies start to move into the top they will drop through the portals into the bottom so you will be able to clear the licorice this way. Unfortunately the candies will occasionally get into a loop and keep circulating around the board. If this happens you will have to quit and start again.
Keep watching how the candies move as you need to get some of the wraps into the top part to clear the jelly and keep the chocolate under control.
I used a hammer to complete this level but it is possible without boosters. Good luck.

Score 1,000,000 points in 28 moves to complete the level.
The countdown bombs are essential if you are going to get the score needed so don't worry about them, although you must keep an eye out so they don't count down and kill the game.
If you can clear the blockers on each side of the board, under the dispensers, you will get stripe/wrap combos dropping down which you can use to clear the bombs before they explode.
The best way to score is, as always, by using colourbombs on the bombs. You can often make them in the middle part of the board, but also using the stripe/wrap combos a few times will grow the popcorns and give you some freebies from them.
The score isn't really hard if you can get some colourbombs, but the bombs can be a real problem if you don't clear the blockers in time.
