Level 2716 is a jelly level and there is jelly under all the squares including the popcorns, so all the blockers have to be cleared to complete the level.
This level gets easier once you have cleared a couple of the popcorns, to begin with moves are very restricted and it is a total waste of moves making them in the bottom part of the board. What you need are stripes and wraps to get the popcorns growing as quickly as possible.
Once the candies begin to drop into the bottom it is best to make moves there to create cascades which will help clear jelly.
There are only 4 colours on the board so once the board is opened up a bit you should have no trouble making combos and creating cascades to clear the rest of the blockers and jelly.

Level 2715 is a dual task level, you have to clear all the jelly and collect the cherry which is locked in the middle of the board.
Don't worry too much about collecting the keys, clearing the cakes will collect them as well as clearing most of the jelly.
If you get the chance to collect one or two keys while clearing the jelly it will be useful, but concentrate as much as possible on clearing the cakes.

This level is all about collecting keys, and to do that you need colourbombs. 
To begin with it is hard to make colourbombs, but once you have made one it gets a little easier as you are taking a colour away.
Always make sure that if you do get a colourbomb you use it to collect keys, either by clearing a colour containing a key, or switching it with a stripe or a wrap that will clear keys.
You also need to clear the blockers at the bottom to allow the ingredient to drop out of the exits but this is pretty easy compared to collecting the keys.
