You have only 10 moves to clear the jelly and complete level 2941. This is not as hard as it sounds as there are only 3 colours on the board so special candies and combos almost make themselves!
A double colourbomb combo will clear the licorice and once it is gone it won't come back.
If you can't get the double colourbomb use a colourbomb/stripe or wrap to do the same job.

The aim of this level is to collect the three cherries. There are plenty of exits so getting them out is not the tricky part. The tricky part is clearing the blockers and the spawner at the right time so they can drop through the exits.
To begin with don't worry too much about the spawner, if you can hit it OK, but if not it doesn't matter too much. 
Work as close to the bottom of the board as you can to clear the blockers and look for stripe/wrap combos. These combos will clear the blockers and detonate the stripes in the side columns as well as hitting the spawner. Watch the cherries very carefully, you want to switch a stripe/wrap combo near the bottom when there is a cherry at the bottom of the side column so that it will drop straight through to the exit. If you are lucky you may get two in this way.
The third cherry will most likely be collected in the middle part of the board as there won't be enough moves to let it move around the conveyor again. By now the spawner should be gone so you will need to make a move under the portal in the middle when the cherry is sitting over it to bring the cherry onto the board and then out.

Level 2943 is now an orders level, you have to collect the cream blockers and popcorn that are on the board as well as 10 licorice which will drop down from the dispensers once the blockers are cleared.
There are only 23 moves to complete this level so it is a very hard level.
You will find it a bit easier to collect the popcorn first, before the top blockers are cleared so look for stripes and colourbombs to switch with them and hit the popcorn.
It isn't a disaster if the licorice gets into the middle as it will drop out of the bottom if you make matches there.
A double colourbomb combo is useful as are colourbomb/stripe combos.
Although the video below starts with more moves it is completed in less so shows that this level is possible although it needs loads of luck.
