Level 3010 is a dual task level, you have to collect the two ingredients and clear all the jelly in 17 moves to complete the level.

You need to collect the keys to unlock the middle column, which will open up the board so you have chance to make special candies and combos.

Don't worry too much about the ingredients as they will be collected as you clear the jelly. The second ingredient will drop when you have collected the first one, but you need to make space for it to fall on the left side of the board.

You will need huge amounts of luck to complete level 3012. You only have 14 moves to collect 8 popcorns and you first have to clear the blockers under the dispensers so that the lucky candies can drop down.

Growing the popcorns to collect them is fairly easy as there are only 3 colours on the board so it's easy to make special candies to grow them.

The hard part is getting enough lucky candies to drop in time to grow them all as they don't drop down every move. The sooner you can get the blockers cleared and the lucky candies dropping the better chance you will have of collecting all 8.

Colourbomb/wrap combos are the best way to grow popcorns once you have them but you have to rely on enough popcorns dropping to have any chance of completing the level.

Use colourbomb combos whenever possible to keep the popcorns growing and with luck you can do it in the moves available. The video below is made with 18 moves and I believe the level is not possible now without boosters.

Using a lucky candy booster will make level 3011 significantly easier.

Candy Crush Saga Level 3009 Tips and video

You have to score 450,000 points to complete level 3009 AND use all the moves. 

This can be a frustrating level as the moves are very restricted at the start, but if you clear the blockers on each side to get the candies dropping it is a bit easier.

You really need colourbombs to get the score and to clear the bombs before they detonate.

You can sometimes make colourbombs yourself, but the popcorns will give you 4. Once you start to get colourbombs use them on a single colour for the best score, but if you can get a colourbomb/wrap combo that will help grow the popcorns as well as giving a reasonably good score.

In the video below the player uses a double colourbomb combo, but this is not needed, I managed to pass without this combo. Unfortunately I can't make videos at present.
