Level 3051 is classified as a super hard level so you may lose some lives before you manage to pass it. This is an ingredients level, you have to collect two cherries to complete the level.
Forget about the licorice on the right side of the board and concentrate on clearing the left side of the board. The licorice and cherry will drop through into the left side as you clear it and the licorice can be cleared as you clear the blockers. 
The second cherry will drop once the first one is off the board so the sooner you collect the first cherry the better chance you will have of collecting both.

Only 18 moves to clear the jelly is quite a task, but not impossible if you play carefully and have just a little bit of luck.

You really need to be working as close to the bottom of the board as you can to have any chance of clearing this level in the moves available. If you can only make moves near the top you won't get far unless you can force a shuffle.

You will need some powerful combos so look for colourbombs from the start, occasionally they make themselves in the cascades, but you can't rely on this happening.

Colourbomb combos are the best way to go although the board is fairly restricted you still need to look for these combos.

The hardest squares to clear are the top corners, so look for any chance to clear them using a colourbomb or other combo.

You have to collect chocolate, licorice and blockers to complete level 3049 Candy Crush Saga.

The chocolate is pretty easy and clearing it will open up the portals so that you will get candies dropping through and transporting up to the top half of the board.

Once you can make moves in the top part of the board you can start to clear the blockers and licorice. Remember that the licorice will only drop if you don't clear any, so if there is a space under the dispenser make a move somewhere else to allow the licorice to drop. Also hitting the licorice with a combo will not prevent more from dropping, so use combos as much as possible to clear the licorice and blockers.
