This is a fairly easy level, but still needs some concentration to avoid letting the bombs count down.
You need to collect 60 bombs in 13 moves or less.
Colourbombs are not the best way to collect the bombs, as you need quite a lot. 
The best way to collect the bombs in so few moves is to use the floats as much as possible, this means making stripe/wrap combos to hit all the floats as many times as you can. A colourbomb switched with a stripe or another colourbomb is also a good way to hit the floats more than once.
 The fish will target the bombs with the lowest countdown, so if you have some bombs that are counting down and you can't clear them, hit the floats and leave it to the fish.

You have to collect three ingredients in 16 moves to complete level 3056 Candy Crush Saga.
The first job is to collect the keys and unlock all the locks. There are bombs under the locks which will countdown to zero and kill the game if you don't clear them.
The first key is pretty easy, the second one not so much as it is below the cherries and hard to match. Once you have unlocked all the bombs you need to clear them or get the cherries down to the bottom of the board before they count down.
A stripe/wrap combo or a colourbomb combo should do the job in one go.
The video below was completed in only 9 moves so if the moves are reduced from 16 the video will still be relevant.

Level 3055 is a simple jelly level. All you have to do to complete the level is to clear the jelly.
First you'll need to clear the licorice to give you room to work, then look for stripes and wraps and try to get them together using the conveyor. A stripe/wrap combo beside the fishing floats will give you loads of fish which will clear the jelly for you. You may need a second combo to finish off the remaining jellies, but that should be enough.
If you aren't able to make these combos you may struggle to clear the jelly, especially the ones in the 4 corners that are hard to hit without a colourbomb.
