You don't have many moves to clear level 3095, so every one has to count.
The main focus has to be on collecting the keys, each key will unlock another until all the locked cells are open and you can complete the clearance of the jelly.
Use the conveyors to get your candies and combos into the best position to clear the maximum amount of jelly.
The video below starts with 16 moves but all the jelly is cleared within 12.

The first thing to do is break through the blockers to get candies into the bottom half of the board so that you have more space to make special candies and combos.
The hardest part to clear is the row of blockers in the middle of the left side so work on clearing them whenever you get the chance.
The candies and licorice will move around the conveyors from one side to the other so watch the way they are moving and you can use them to get combos together and make colourbombs.

At the time of writing level 3093 is a timed level, but this could change as most timed levels have been removed from the game.
There are two colourbombs locked in the middle of the game so all you really need to do is uncover them and use them to clear a colour that has the most bombs to get the best score.
Avoid switching the two colourbombs together as this doesn't give many points, better to use them one at a time.
Look for chances to make more colourbombs, or any other special candy to increase your score.
