Hints and tips showing how to pass level 3131 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Level 3131 is a dual task level, you have to collect the cherry and clear all the jelly and you have only 22 moves to do it in. 
There is jelly under the two spawners at the bottom of the board so they must be destroyed, also the exits for the cherry are under the spawners.
Try to make matches next to the spawners as much as possible to slow down the spawning and watch the conveyors carefully to see if you can make combos as you will need some powerful ones to clear all the jelly.
A colourbomb/wrap combo is one of the best combos to use as it can hit the spawners and also clear a lot of licorice out of the way.
The video below starts with 30 moves, but it is completed in less than the 22 available now.

You have 20 moves to collect the two ingredients and complete level 3130 Candy Crush Saga.
To collect the ingredients you have to unlock and clear the chocolate surrounding them using either stripes, stripe/wrap combos or colourbomb combos. It isn't possible to make matches near the ingredients so you have to use combos.
A double colourbomb combo is good as it will clear all the chocolate and unlock the locked chocolate, leaving you with just one square of chocolate to clear on each side of the board, this can be cleared using a stripe or a combo.
The conveyor is very useful to get you special candies and combos to the top of the board where they will hit the chocolate more easily.
Be careful when your combos are travelling along the conveyor to the top as they can easily get separated as they go through the portal.

You have to collect blockers, chocolate and yellow candies to complete level 3129 Candy Crush Saga.
With only 25 moves I'm not sure this level is possible without boosters so it is a good idea to try it using boosters from any of the usual challenges. If you need to, go back to a lower level you know you can pass easily and play it a few times to get as many boosters as you can, then you should be able to manage this level.
If boosters are not an option then you need to clear as many blockers and chocolate as you can and get the lucky candies dropping. The best chance of getting the yellows you need is to clear the blockers and chocolate quickly, then the lucky candies will turn into yellows.
