Level 1872 is a dual task level, you need to collect one cherry and also clear the jelly.
Collecting the cherry shouldn't be too much of a problem, you have the three striped candies in place to remove the blockers which are holding the cherry in place. All you need to do is fire off the three stripes using either colour bombs or stripes and combos.
At the same time you should be clearing the blockers and jelly in the main part of the board. Once the cherry is released it will move through the teleport into the top part of the board and you can get it out of the exits which are on the left of the main board.
The cherry will drop into the far left column so this needs to be cleared before you can collect the cherry.

Level 1871 is classified as a hard level so you can expect to lose a few lives before you pass it.
You will get a wrapped candy to begin with providing you don't use any boosters and with luck you may even get more special candies when the candies settle.
You have 15 moves to remove the bombs and they will give you loads of points towards your total so they are not all bad.
Wrapped candies and stripe/wrap combos are the best apart from colour bombs of course. 
You will need to play slowly and carefully to see the matches as well as try to remember the colour changes of the chameleon candies.  Sometimes it's helpful to wait for the game to give you a hint as it could be a move you missed.
Colour bombs are the obvious choice but with so many colours on the board they are not always easy to make, however once you make one look carefully before you use it and see if you can leave yourself with another afterwards.

Beware of using colour bomb/wrap or colour bomb/stripe combos when you have a lot of bombs on the board. The bombs will turn into stripes or wraps and they will clear most of the bombs, but you won't get the 3000 points per bomb that you would for just using the colour bomb on a single bomb.

Level 1870 can be a very frustrating level and you need some luck at the start to get going.
You get three matches to begin with and often there are no further moves, even after the shuffle, so it's game over before you even get started.
However once you do manage to get moving it gets easier and it is not a hard level to complete.
You have to collect 8 cherries as well as clearing the jelly so you need to keep the cherries moving. You won't get new cherries until you get some off the board.
Once the licorice is cleared you will get some dropping from the dispensers at the sides, but not enough to cause too many problems. 
Level 1870 can be quite a fun level once you get started.
