Candy Crush Saga level 735

Tips for level 735 Candy Crush Saga
Before you start look at the board carefully and see which side of the board offers the best moves, that is if you make one move will it give you another to follow. Choose that side and try to work there so that you only have one lot of bombs to worry about.
Let the chocolate take over the other side, it will prevent bombs from falling if you have to fire off a stripe.
If you can't continue on one side and the bombs escape on the opposite side you may as well give up and start again.
DON'T make sideways stripes as this will disturb the candies on the other side and allow bombs to fall unless there is enough chocolate to prevent it.
Once you have the score to get one star you have to continue playing out the moves, so be very careful not to spoil all your hard work by releasing the bombs on the other side.
You can make moves in the outer 2 columns without releasing bombs and this will help use up your moves if you have lots left.
Video below.

More tips by Adrian Gardner
"The only additional tips I can give are ...
(1) remember chocolate "expands" (grows) if you don't destroy ANY the previous turn, so really try to leave it alone so it blocks as much as possible as quickly as possible.
(2) once you have a chocolate "bridge" across half the board (say mid way up) you CAN play stripes underneath it because the choc will stop new bombs dropping.
(3) sounds obvious, but really try not to drop bombs at all! (so
work in far left/right two columns (and middle?)) ... but ensure you score enough to get at least 1 star"

This level is doing my head in. So many bombs! Can't even get close to the magic number. Back to the drawing board!

Need tips for 733 please!

Anonymous said...

Seems to be one of the levels where you HAVE to use boosters, although I have read of ONE person who made it without them. I just finished the level by using 3 (or 4, maybe I lost count of one) lollipop hammers to get rid of bombs that were about to explode.

Like it says above, try to stall as much as you can by taking out the candies in the two rows on each side.

Anyways, I think it´s a stupid level!

Anonymous said...

734 is nasty as well...

Marc Shapiro said...

Pretty hard!

Anonymous said...

I have scored the 250,000 points required for 1 star on 735 several times now, but it never advances me to the next level. All that it says to do is reach 250,000 points to pass. Instead a bomb explodes and it says I failed. It should be giving me the 1 star I earned and advancing me. This is a BIG GLITCH and needs to be fixed! VERY FRUSTRATING!!!

Anonymous said...

absolutely stupid level.
734 levels to get this, seriously why doesn't king just end the game now

Unknown said...

Yes, why doesn't King just stop the new levels if all they do is give us several fun ones that are challenging enough, yet do-able and then give a stupid, frustrating, no-fun, boring one like this? This is a horrible one - will have to wait to try to collect enough hammers to do this one - isn't it funny how they're all of a sudden having these "sales" on their boosters??!!! No way will I buy even one - this stupid game is not worth it.

Anonymous said...

On level 734 a vertical stripe down through the center vertical should shoot out and wipe out the 4 keys. I have dropped the vertical several times and it does not. The video shows it should. Anyone else have this problem?

Anonymous said...

In response to the previous post regarding level 734 - you of course have to hit the center one TWICE becasue it is locked the first time. That level would be extremely difficult if you don't have the paintbrush charm. Even then , it is challenging as you only have 5 moves after the fruit drops!

Anonymous said...

Now - as for THIS level - yet again - the stupidest one yet. Only incredible luck will let yo finish this with no boosters. I refuse to buy boosters for this crap so I will just give this game up for a while until I've gathered at least 10 hammers or until they have modified it to be reasonable!

Anonymous said...

TO the comments above regarding reaching level one and not advancing. THis is one of the few levels like this. Not only do you have to reach level 1 - you also HAVE to last until ALL the moves are used up! This requirement is needed only for levels that don't use Jelly, restricted time, or collecting orders. The funny thing is - if you are stuck on this level and get "+3" moves sent by friends - it makes the level HARDER becasue now you need to last 3 more moves!
The best way to tell King that this type of level is unacceptable is to just NOT PLAY. The numbers have been going down drastically and it is levels like this that cause the problem. WAKE UP KING!!

Anonymous said...

Probably the most stupid and difficult level yet. Too many bombs with too few moves to remove them. Have tried probably at least 50 times to clear this level but am lucky to get 10 moves in before one of the bombs explodes.
Time to get a non-Candy Crush life, I think.

Danielle said...

This level is impossible...no way. I have tried taking the advice but I always run out of moves. You really need more time before the bombs explode.

Anonymous said...

Time to give up the game. Either King are trying to slow you down whilst they develop new levels, or it's all about buying boosters. probably the latter. Anyway enough is enough, Bye bye candy crush!

Anonymous said...

Please people - do NOT buy boosters! That is what King is hoping as they are desperate to make more money. That is the only reason levels like this are even created. At least 1000-1 without using any boosters.

Anonymous said...

No fun. I have some boosters that add 5+ moves to the bombs, but for some reason they are not available for this level. Stinky! I guess I will also wait until I have accumulated lots of lollipop hammers before trying this level again.

Anonymous said...

There have been some incredibly stupid boards up to this point, but this one truly takes the cake. I don't see how you can possibly clear this without using a boatload of boosters. Working one side of the board is a nice thought, but it just doesn't work. You run out of moves on the one side and then you have to move candies on the other side causing bombs to fall there too. Letting the chocolate take over one side doesn't work either because it spreads randomly on either side - and it never covers a bomb. King is obviously desperate for people to buy boosters. Until they change something with this level and make it playable, there's no way I'm getting past this. Ridiculous.

Amy R said...

I hate these "all luck" boards...no fun, just frustrating!

Anonymous said...

I agree with all of the above. This level is very frustrating and no fun. I just read that you have to finish all of the moves even if you get the 250,000 points. Ridiculous. I quit playing Dream World after being stuck on level 383 for months and I haven't missed it. I guess I can quit Candy Crush also.

Anonymous said...

I have many expert friends who play this game and NONE of us have completed this level. The closest I've gotten is 12 moves remaining! - and that even includes the paintbrush charm! We're basically all leaving the game. The new soda one isn't any good either becuase it is WAY too difficult (7 colors!) and you don't have any charms or booster wheel! King is going to die a quick death at this pace. Time to sell the stock!

NJF said...

Scored 250,000 loads of times but bombs still explode cos i have moves left!!

Another con to get you to buy boosters.

Anonymous said...

As a regular player and think am good at this game I find 735 impossible. I agree with all comments above please note King that several players have quit but I think I have come to end of road. I have commented once before that Cookie Jam is a saviour for me very challenging but never impossible. Wake up King and do something about this level.I would be sorry to leave candy as it has given so many hours of pleasure playing it.

Anonymous said...

OMG! I was just able to use up all of the moves and thought I beat this effing level, only to find I only had 227,000 points. Are you kidding me???? Bite me, King!

Anonymous said...

Does King even read these posts??? Seriously, this is the worst level for being stupid, boring, and making folks want to just say, "Screw it!".

Anonymous said...

DUMB!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Anonymous said...

I have "passed" this level twice-getting over 300,000 once and 400,000 another time, and both times it said I failed because a bomb went off. They need to fix this glitch!!

Anonymous said...

And not only did I use up all the moves and then only score 227,ooo points, but I used my only lollipop hammer to smack a bomb that was going to explode because I only had 6 moves left and all the other bombs had more than 6 moves. I was sure I was going to clear it. Double bogus!

dirty vegas said...

I have managed to get 250000 a few times but have so may moves left with so many bombs that I can't remove ,ive tried every tip suggested but can't see how this is possible , no one on my friends list has cleared this level ,is there a fault ?or am I just wasting my time on yet another impossible level .

Anonymous said...

Getting 250000 points is not enough, you ALSO have to play the 35 moves. This is NOT a bug!
I managed this level by
1. only playing on one side of the board, letting the chocolate take care of the other side
2. watching carefully if it was useful to use some boosters
3. using lollipops for bombs that were about to explode (2 times)
4. using the little red hand to swap tiles so I could determinate a bomb the next time (2 times)
I've never spent any money on this game, all I do is using the wheel to collect the boosters and use them only if I really need them.

Success! You can do it!

Anonymous said...

Total BS levels. Until this level is repaired I'm giving up ALL King games.

Anonymous said...

A big part of King's job is to make games that are fun and challenging, so why put in this rubbish level which is neither. I don't mind being severely challenged or frustrated, but it's unforgivable to make me so BORED!! I can only think they are concentrating on the other part of their job - to make money by selling boosters.

Anonymous said...

SERIOUSLY King!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is the most ridiculous level ever. I REFUSE to buy boosters, soooooo......
please fix it!!

Anonymous said...

This level is insane. NO possible way to complete without multiple boosters.. and yet to have to complete all 35 moves even if you get to the 250,000 points? King, shame on you and your greed!

dirty vegas said...

This is the first level that I know of that has made a friend quit after nearly a year and a half of playing and that's sad, this person has helped me and others by giving me tips as he was ahead of me ,he's helped King and CC become as big as it has by spending money on boosters ,I am at the level he quit and TBH I feel the same ,I think CC needs to modify this level ,give people a fair chance. #thatisall

Anonymous said...

I only got through the level with one star and with the help of three lollipop hammers. Working only one side helped. Preventing bombs from falling by only working the outer columns, not so much. Did better by letting the bombs fall like crazy on one side because it allowed me to create several wrapped candies, which enabled me to keep clearing bombs about to explode. Was happy when the chocolate filled the side I avoided, allowing me to make use of horizontal stripes and a striped-wrapped combo. I would've tried it again and saved the lollipops but the level was too tedious and I just wanted out! Good luck, all. Btw, 736 is much more fun!

Anonymous said...

wait till you get to level 737 I am on it and i am finding it just as bad as this level, you have 4 bombs to destroy with 2 hits on each and all six colours are used so you cant make any combos to destroy the bombs, its very annoying

Anonymous said...

quite a very few difficult levels in this chapter

Anonymous said...

I have achieved in excess of the total points requires twice, yet I do not get a "level completed" message. Is anyone else having this problem?

Anonymous said...

thank you bloggers. I thought 733 and then 734 were mind bogglingly boring. When I got to 735 and thought - that's enough now - it is truly ridiculous and time to quit. Then I read 737 was just as bad. Good to know and good bye King. Oh, and by the way your other games are lame....

Anonymous said...

REALLY!!!!!!!!!!!! I've gotten over 250,000 points more than twice and still fail the level because I have so many moves left that the bombs explode before I can get to them all! What a dumb level!@@

Anonymous said...

After 20+ times, finally get through this level 735, by using 4 lollipop hammer...
1. Just concentrate either left or right column only;
2. carefully plan your moves by using the bombs together to form 3 candies or wrap or strip candy;
3. just forget the 225000 point target while playing, with 35 moves and eliminating the bombs during the moves, will get enough points;
4. no choice, but to use several lollipop hammers and switch gloves when bombs running out of time...
Good Luck! dont' give up!
collect the lucky draw for the fortune wheel each day.

Anonymous said...

Anyone getting to level 735 is a serious Crusher, and for all of these experts to say that this is a nightmare...that says it all King. The game dies within 10 moves! And you have to last 35 moves.

Level 677 was voted the worst of all time. Now add 735.

Unknown said...

I agree hit 250,000 three times and still didn't let me level up, something is wrong and frustrating, It questions the integrity of the app/game and what their idea is. Take my time and in frustration and my money. Our money, must be a democrat for sure running this game!!!

Unknown said...

It is a crazy addiction that the game makers are in control for sure

Anonymous said...

Nancy - it is NOT a bug that prevented you from continuing when you hit 250,000 points. On ANY level where you don't have a jelly, orders or timed goal - you MUST last all 35 moves - no matter what your score! That said, I agree about your political statement and that this level is the worst of the game. PLEASE DON'T BUY BOOSTERS and help King on this one!

Vijay said...

Absolutely stupid level, for the 1st time I am thinking of quiting this game

Anonymous said...

There is something seriously wrong with this level. I have reached the target points on a couple occasions without the bombs ready to explode and moves left, yet the game doesn't stop there. It forces me to make more moves until a bomb explodes. And on two other occasions, I reached the target, moves left with time on the bombs and the game stops saying a bomb is ready to explode and I failed the level. Go figure. If this continues, I'm done.

Anonymous said...

Now I see I have to USE all 35 moves AS WELL AS get 250,000 or more points. Now, that is REALLY stupid. I refuse to buy boosters, and without boosters, this level is humanly impossible. So, that's it for me.

Anonymous said...

That's very strange. People feel entitled to over seven hundred free levels, a free booster every day, cannot solve the tough levels, want even more for free, and then blame "democrats" for it? I am looking forward to both the communist and capitalist plot theories that are sure to emerge. ;)

I completed this level but I used three or four boosters, something I rarely do. I am looking forward to King revising 735 because it should be more fun, not such a chore. Level 737 is also very tough, but I've come close to completing it with no boosters and am enjoying the challenge.

PA Crusher said...

Finally got through after many tries using 4 hammers from the daily spin wheel. Hadn't got past 11 moves before. Strategies stated above are the way to go. Concentrate on one side, use the outer edges to waste moves, but be careful, something not obvious is that getting to 250K is not a foregone conclusion. Was able to get the required score on the last move. Having the chocolate fill the other side is good as well as the horizontal stripes won't release more bombs. BTW, the next level is no picnic either but appears to be much more do-able.

Anonymous said...

I saw the video. When there is a boob counts down to 1, a chocolate ate it!!!! how ridiculous it that ??!!! if one can pass only by this one-in-a-million change, this game design is a complete rubbish !

Anonymous said...

UTID.. After many attempts, most of which lasted very few moves, finally got over the 250,000 points but still had 11 moves to make when bomb exploded - very frustrating, could well be my final Candy Crush level.....

Anonymous said...

I too considered this to be the last level I'd ever play. Way too hard in my opinion. Like the few lucky ones, I finally got past by using a couple hammers I had saved up from the spin. I agree it's best to concentrate on one side--two sides of bombs and you're toast.

Anonymous said...

Everyone-- forget about the 250,000 points, that is NOT the end goal. You have to get that AND complete the 35 moves.

Anonymous said...

I finally beat the level using the hints about using the sides and letting the chocolate fill one side. Even with that, I used 5 lollipop hammers I think, which I earned by playing 10 stupid levels on one of the other games.

And I agree, level 737 is no picnic either.

Anonymous said...

Good thing I read checked this or I was going to print screen and send to King. I reached 253160 points and had 19 moves left. Said bomb is about to explode. WTF???? I think it's time to say bye to candy crush. It's been fun ...up to now.

Anonymous said...

Maybe this will be that last level I get to. I refuse to buy boosters. Only think to do is save up hammers.

Anonymous said...

OMG - BY some miracle I DID IT - with NO boosters. I wish I had a recording of it. The lucky part was that the chocolates only wiped out one side and I was able to do use horizontal stripes and even a wrap/stripe combo that killed all the bombs on one level while harmlessly wiping out just the 3 bottom rows UNDER the chocolate on the other side! Woohoo! Now I earned the privilege of being stuck on level 347! This is the first time in over a year that I rank first among over 100 friends because none of them have beat this level.

Anonymous said...

Congratulations to Anonymous from 6 Nov 21:21! I am still nowhere near mastering this level, but comments like yours give me hope.
One good thing with 735 is that it does not take long to play. In 8 or sometimes fewer moves you are done and can go on to doing something more worthwhile like read a book, go for a walk or do some yoga.

Anonymous said...

I commented on this a few days ago but knew there'd be a ton more after that. I like the one from Anonymous who said they are glad it's over quick so that they can go on to do more worthwhile things. I always wish it would finally 'finish' but they always come out with another episode and I'm always ready for it! Agree, the other games are lame and I only play some of them to get the free boosters. Hate Dreamworld, haven't gotten to the dreaded 383 everyone talks about. The thing that annoys me the most is for every game I've played, I ALWAYS end up with that bomb at the bottom or top with no way to match. Surprised how many people aren't reading these blogs before commenting.. especially the fact that you have to complete all 35 moves. And agree, why does everyone think they shouldn't ever have to pay a dime ever, especially with getting free boosters every day? Everything in life isn't free!

dirty vegas said...

Another day on this frustrating level reached 250000 a few times and again still over 15 moves left that inevitably result in me being bombed out .

Unknown said...

This is purely stupid stage created only to make us spend our precious money and fill their pockets in order to pass to the next level. Candy crush has been getting more and more boring. Game is for fun but it has been some time since frustrating has become The Name of the game. Only thinking of $$$ I think the time has come to say good bye. Hope all the people around the world quit at the same time to show how nasty this gaming is getting.

Anonymous said...

Your friend sent you 3 extra moves to help with 735... Foff King, this stage is the absolute pits, having got this far I should damn well know... knocks all the others combined into a cocked hat of w**k

Anonymous said...

After 2 weeks of frustration I went and played the other game to get 5 lollipop hammers because I didn't have enough of my own to waste.

Just a few tries later the board was set up so that all my moves were on one side, I used 4 of the hammers to get rid of bombs that were about to explode, and finally passed this level.

Hallelujah!

Anonymous said...

This level is utter bullshit! Why would you make a level so incredibly frustrating, purely down to luck and utter shit. Whoever made the decision to run with this level needs a damn good thrashing - and that's putting it politely. Goodbye Candy Crush, going off to Monster Busters now.

Anonymous said...

another dumb, hard ass level-come on

Anonymous said...

Well at least we know what the absolute hardest feat in this game is- to score THREE STARS on this level! On the one time I lucked out and made it I just fell short of two stars. THe other funny thing is that I had about 24 "3 free move" boosters built up for this level which of course are HARMFUL to use!

Anonymous said...

Just got it with only using one hammer. Took over 100 games(I counted). As far as tips everyone else pretty much covered them. Just need a LUCKY board!!

dirty vegas said...

Day 3 and I got down to 8 moves left before being bombed out , needless to say I reached 250000 required but couldn't blow up the remaining bombs even after using 3 lollipop hammers , no one on my friends list has completed this level yet ..come on CC let me be first for a change :)

Anonymous said...

Like others have said there is a definite glitch in this level. Twice I have passed the 250,000 mark, with the lowest bomb being on '1' - phew I thought, I've done it! But nope, I play the final move and it tells me I've failed because the bombs about to explode. Its ridiculous.

Anonymous said...

I have never paid for anything on this game and never will. This ridiculous level is my last. Bye candy crush.

A Reed said...

Hate this level, hate this level, hate this level!!! That is all!

Anonymous said...

Done. One lollipop hammer. You just need to wait for a good board. I won't say this was the worst level, but it comes pretty close.

Anonymous said...

Dumbest level EVER!!!!!!!!!!

Anonymous said...

FIX THE BUG!!!!

TWICE I reached the required points level - one time Level 1 (the minimum 250,000) and another time Level 2. Yet all I get (when one of the subsequent bombs goes off) is that I failed the level.

DAMN YOU CANDY CRUSH PROGRAMMERS!!!

dirty vegas said...

Day 4 ... Another one bites the dust ,so many people angry and frustrated at this level and so many giving up . I have threw everything I have at this level ,I've used up all my saved boosters but can't get even remotely close to clearing ,after 4 days I fail to see where and how this level can be cleared unless you have unlimited lollipop hammers of which I have non left ,so I suppose unless I buy them I won't clear the board , so it looks like im stuck here forever or I quit ?

Anonymous said...

So pi$$ed! Got down needed to use two stored lollipop hammers to all 35 moves, BUT only scored 237,500 points so I lost! Have been on this level for over 10 days! Lower the points level at least!

Anonymous said...

Impossible level without buying boosters.

Anonymous said...

keeps ending before bombs go off ,, when theres say the lowest at 2 or 3

Anonymous said...

We are sick and tired of you players that don't buy our boosters. We will continue to make levels like this so you have to pay us. Wall Street doesn't reward charities!

Errol Satz said...

King has redesigned a lot of the insanely hard levels. A good strategy is go do something productive for a few weeks or replay previous levels until you get three stars and come back to the difficult level later. Thanks to helpful hints here and elsewhere, I have made it this far and passed even the crazy levels before they were revised. I have not paid for any bonuses yet, but if King starts selling a Skip-A-Level bonus, I might be in for one occasionally. ;)

Anonymous said...

There is a very good WARNING page on this blog. Take heed!

http://candycrushsagaallhelp.blogspot.com.es/search/label/WARNING

Anonymous said...

My current strategy is: - spin wheel to get daily booster. Play all 5 lives on this level - doesn't take long - bombs always get me quickly. Go and spend a productive day doing other things. Repeat daily until I get fed up/ level gets changed - probably the former

dirty vegas said...

Day 5 and this level just keeps getting worse ... my game is ending early , at least a few moves before the bombs go off , this has happened just now ,I've wasted 5 lifes .I didn't over look them I was and m careful of every single move I make more so on this level because you have very little moves to enable to clear the bombs ,its sickening , anybody else got this problem ,this only just happened tonight every single life I had was taken before its time ,im peed off even more now

Anonymous said...

I got within one move of beating this level, but hardly even some close on most other attempts. I seriously don't know how anybody can pass this level without using a boat-load of hammers. Unfortunately, I never land on those at the daily spin, and I absolutely refuse to spend money on a stupid game. At this point I don't even try to pass it, because it's not about how well I play, but rather dumb luck. I think a lot of Crush addicts got sober cold turkey on this one.

dirty vegas said...

DAY 6 ..over 100 lives used ,so where does this lucky board from and when ,how long do we wait ,or did I blink and miss it , my boards keeps freezing today ,just when you think things can't get any worse they do , sorry can't give any helpful tips on this level , sorry for the moaning too ,but this level grates on my pips ............ ARGggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggg

Anonymous said...

Worst level yet. If you don't have about 30 lollipop hammers, don't even try. I'll play a few more just to see if that lucky board pops up but I'm about ready to call if a day...

Anonymous said...

I am done until I hear that the creators have changed something in this level. Boring to play knowing there is little chance of succeeding.

Anonymous said...

Wow... Only just arrived on this level yesterday. Any Candy Crush player that has made it this far knows how to play the game. In four attempts of 5 lives I have been out of lives inside 5 minutes each time. In the twenty attempts at this level the closest I have got is 19 moves still to make. I've extrapolated I will be 110 years old before I pass this level...

Like others, time to wait and see if King change this level or keeps it as a player car-park!!!!

Anonymous said...

Way too frustrating. Even if you manage to let the chocolate start growing on one side (good luck with that) there's no way to keep up with the bombs. You either run out of matches or one bomb is stuck up top with no way to get rid of it.

dirty vegas said...

Yayyyyy this level is now doable ,not that I've done it yet but with the time bombs now counting down from 12 it gives us a chance to make combos and time to make moves so thank you candy crush , it's day seven for me hopefully i can complete the level now

Pilch said...

King have gone from one extreme to the other with this level, firstly it was almost impossible with a countdown of eight on the bombs now with twelve and giving me multi colour bombs it became boringly easy.

Anonymous said...

try using 2 wrapped candies together, explode them worked for me

Anonymous said...

I finally passed it using no booster, as I continually landed on daily boosters that couldn't be used on this level. I concentrated on one side of the board and worked to take out any chocolates that might pop up there. Since you get two moves before the chocolates start spawning, I used the first two moves to see which side got the first bomb, and chose that side as the side to work on. I refrained from making vertical stripe candies unless they took out a row of chocolates at the bottom of the other side, protected by chocolates on top, or I had so few moves left that it didn't matter if bombs dropped on the other side. I also paid attention to the colors of candies on top of the side I was playing, so when they dropped down I could match them up and take them out. Working one side of the board hampers your ability to make a lot of points, so keep track of your point score so you can get the 250,000 you need.

Anonymous said...

I think they have tweaked this level a lot, because after a week of total frustration, it suddenly became far easier. Bombs with more lives, and it seemed suddenly to clear them out. Couple of times, managed to use all the moves but short of points, but then it all came good. No boosters needed in the end.

Wouldn't be happy if I'd paid out a few days ago to help through this one, as they have clearly realised that people would just walk away after a while. No need to pay if we're up on these latest levels, better to wait until the hardest ones get softened up a bit.

Anonymous said...

I agree that this level is annoying and pretty idiotic, but I wouldn't say it was one of the hardest. It took me about 2 days, unlike 578 and 677 that I spent best part of a month stuck on.

However, I found that just trying to stick to one side of the board didn't really work for me, as most times I would get hemmed in with few possible moves.

I ignored the recommendation not to make side-blasting stripes, because most of the timed bombs that are nearing zero and are hard to get to tend to fall to the bottom, while bombs with more moves fall from the top. I found that I was able to clear out the bottom two rows every few moves I could keep the game fluid.

I also happened to swap a candy bomb with a wrapped candy which cleared out a lot of bombs.

I did it without boosters, so it can be done.

Mike C said...

As others noted, this level was made much easier today as the bombs now start the count down at 13. I was able to clear this level today in just a few tries although I did use one lollipop hammer.

Anonymous said...

I FINALLY beat this level. Worked on one side of the board while the chocolate filled another side. The I accidentally set up a horizontal stripe but just one bomb fell on the other side with the chocolate. By this time, I had one bomb that would explode within 5 moves, but all the other bombs were above 11 and I had 10 moves left. So I used a lollipop hammer to smash the bomb that had 5 moves left knowing that all I needed was to get over the 250,000k hurdle. When the game ended, I was at 247,000 but I had to wrapped candies and when they exploded, it put me over 250,000k.

dirty vegas said...

Just cleared the level , played it non stop today managed to make a wrap and sprinkle it cleared one side completely , with 12 moves left ,then by luck I got another sprinkle and the rest is history ,so happy to finally clear this level my score was 250000 on the spot ,might go back later and try for 3 starts .... happy crushing peeps x

UTID... said...

Completed this level twice in 3 attempts now they have increased the bomb counts to 13, so much easier than when it was only 8..... now stuck on 737!!!!

Anonymous said...

I finally completed this level earlier today after numerous attempts over the past several days. I've never purchased a booster but had some hammers saved up from the daily wheel spin; however, I didn't need to use any boosters. Keep on trying and eventually you'll get the board that gives you a chance to win. Also, utilize the strategies presented by those who have beat the level. I have one more level to go to finish the episode. I appreciate all the tips!

They've finally fixed the glitch that meant we were scoring 250,000 but not passing the level. I've just completed it again and only scored one star, but it's let me move on, thank god!

Anonymous said...

Beat this level twice without boosters, but didn't get the 250,000 points required. Key is to try your hardest to stay on one side.

OMG! I finally passed it with no boosters. The "Sugar Crush" actually shocked me because I wasn't watching the counter. It was total luck- kept getting a mix of stripes and wraps and a couple of chocolate bombs by sheer luck. All I can suggest is keep trying and GOOD LUCK!

joy said...

I also just passed the level without boosters. Previously I had finished the level a couple of times, surviving all the bombs but not having enough points. This time I was lucky enough to get two chocolate bombs. I used one with a striped candy. They really helped getting rid of the about-to-explode bombs. So this level is doable with some luck.

Anonymous said...

After 5 days I finally finished this level.I just concentrated on removing bombs.I only got one striped candy which cleared up about 5 bombs, try to work on one side and you should get through this HARD level.

I just passed this level 735. I also play my son's and passed it. Stopped playing for about a week hoping they fix it. First set of lives, on both, passed it! No technique and all, just the right board. Boosters kept coming in. Now both on L738, yet again like all hard levels, just waiting for the right board. It's almost like the programmer monitors my moves and decides when i should pass it cuz i get boosters but are killed in no time. So this is about "waiting for the right board".

Unknown said...

I never watch a vid. I like to read the tips and the comments. I sdaw a lot of people just wrote their reaction, without reading anything. Stupid because all I needed was there. I played this level today just 4 times and passed it on the fourth try. With 2 moves to go I just had 210k but two combos got me to 265k.
All the tips you need are written above this except one.
If you cannot pass a level use the exitbutton. Better 10 times the exitbutton, than 1 time play on till it's over. Because in this way your boards are gonna be easier after a while. Ok, makin my way to 737. I'm not a quitter, you can never win if you don't try.

Anonymous said...

The ONLY reason I was able to finally pass this level is because I used a coconut wheel to open the center. Then I prayed it wouldn't shuffle before I could open the locks while waiting for the silly cherry dropped on move 6 (ridiculous). Then I used 2 hammers I'd earned on the wheel to get rid of it. This is NOT a level that's winnable without lots of help. Even a lucky board is nearly impossible. Sorry King but this is not what this game is about.

Anonymous said...

Managed to pass this level after only a few tries. I didn't use any boosters either. I was only able to hold off the bombs for a couple of turns but was always able to get rid of them with some sort of combo. Just a very very lucky board I guess. Thought I might be on this level for ages. If I can pass this level, so can you. Good luck.

After trying this many many times...too many moves after reaching target..explosion...decided to watch the advice video...bombs count down from 13!! My bombs count down from 8....interested ti know what others timers are...???????Means they made this level harder at some stage. ...unreal..prob to slow us down...my patience wearing thin on this one...been a few hard ones and by fluke got thru...grrr

Anonymous said...

Sorry shld hv checked b4 posting "decided to watch the above video"

Anonymous said...

I got over 300,000 and had moves left when a bomb hit me...so u need to hv all moves done

Anonymous said...

Well thats odd because there is no.update and my bombs start at 8...weird...u sure that u didnt get this b4 when it was 13?

Anonymous said...

I don't get it..guessing its not updated for playing on phone..will try my lap top

What really irritates me is King's sloppiness in these higher levels. We made it through more than 500 levels with only one, MAYBE two, that were universally panned as boring/unfair/difficult. Now we have three in the last 150 levels (578, 677 and now 735). Not just hard, but hard to the point where you are never really in it on any board. And then tedious besides.

And besides these three utter mistakes, the whole game has taken on a feel of drudgery - less often fun, more often tedious and overly difficult to the point of becoming one of the problems of the day rather than a break from problems of the day.

So King has to come back and fix them and nerf them and make them easier and scramble to keep everyone moving. That's just sloppy work. How do 578, 677 and 735 even make it to the boards we see? They are just throwing them together and throwing them out there to whack whatever money is left out of this game.

I'll quit soon, but not because I'm mad. I'll quit because playing increasingly seems like work.

Anonymous said...

played for many days, horrible level...that said I just want to say keep trying...I got it....pure luck got a choc ball and it landed next to strip ....still needed 2000 more points with 2 move lefts, knocked out 2 rows of bombs and DONE !! G/L all

Anonymous said...

So after posting above I find on PC u get a 13 count down and only 8 on tablet and phone...that is so wrong!!

Anonymous said...

Not only is this level difficult, it is not even redeemed by being mildly interesting. When you lose time after time because of an exploding bomb after only a dozen moves or so, it is BEYOND BORING...

Anonymous said...

Been on this level for days now & am sick of it! This is just a level to make you spend money/buy boosters. I've wasted lollipop hammers b/c I thought I'd win, but NOOO what a dang waste. Not only that but I accidentally used gold bars & am down to 15. Each time I've used those gold bars it was b/c I accidentally pressed play on. There must be another screen that asks if you really want to use it! So frustrating! I don't understand how it's fair for PC users to have the bomb counter be 13. If I had the 13 attempts for the android version, I'm sure I would be on the next level. What makes me really pissed off is when the chocolate covers my choco bomb. I have no idea why they even offer boosters for this level when the only useful ones are the hammers/switch which are rarely given out on daily spin. I usually am here to read comments, but I had to post once I used the play on mechanism (which I absolutely did not want to) & still lost. I'll be on this one for awhile but I'm not gonna play. I'll only open the app for the daily spin. For those of you who beat this level, kudos to you and keep crushing! For the rest of us, Good Luck!

Anonymous said...

I agree with the post above me. It's so easy to press the play on mechanism. There really needs to be another window that confirms if you really want to spend gold bars. Come on King, get it together. This is totally not fair!!

Anonymous said...

This level woudve been better if it was a timed level. At least youd have a beeter chance at winning

Janine Marie said...

Video shows bombs at 13. IPAD version they start at 8. I am done.

Anonymous said...

Ehrm no, it's not a glitch. Just like all the similar "get-this-many-points-in-this-many-moves", you're playing until the last move. How else should you be able to reach two or three stars?

Anonymous said...

Does anyone know if King will change the 8-move bombs to 13 for iOS? Otherwise this level is impossible and not any fun! Boosters don't help except maybe the lollipop hammers, but it's game over before you can even think about using them! Pathetic level!

Anonymous said...

I have had great fun with Candy Crush & I don't mind buying the odd booster to complete a challenging level. But..... I do believe that every game you open should be doable with a some skill & strategy. You shouldn't be faced with the impossible time after time until King decides that you may get the lucky board. I think 735 is impossible, particularly on the ipad where the bombs are still an 8 countdown. I don't want to even try it anymore. Shame.

Anonymous said...

Do this one on a PC where the bombs explode after 13 moves as opposed to the iPad where they are only 8 move bombs. Cleared on the PC after about a dozen tires using one lollipop hammer to get the last bomb. Now - 736 looks crazy, too!

Anonymous said...

Worst lebel ever. Bombs start at 8. Do they want people to quit playing? No fun anymore.

Anonymous said...

Disappointed!
I had beats this level twice with the highest scores required still it wouldn't pass me to the next level.
I think this level stink!

Anonymous said...

Trying to follow tips from people but theyre not helping-chocolate eats both sides n the bombs are rediculous!!going to try on pc as i just saw there might be a chance to feel like maybe i can beat this level
shoulda had just one or the other of bombs or chocolate since most of us seem to be playing on tablets/phones
really sad how we have to complain n some people quit before king takes note! If they wanna keep us theyll have to definitely make some drastic changes to the levels!

Anonymous said...

Beat this by staying on one side and restarting (often) if bombs fell on the other side. Used 2 hammers and a hand to finish.

Those who "refuse to buy" boosters..... do you work for free? Why do you expect King employees to work for free? Since you never buy anything, why would King care if you threaten to quit?

Unknown said...

FINALLY passed this tedious level after a few days. I got the infamous "lucky board." Go through the board slowly plotting each move. I ultimately used a hammer to blast a striped candy to up my score with 2 moves to go, just enough to put me over 250K. Good luck! Perseverance is key!

Anonymous said...

If you have made it this far you know that no level is impossible. I finally beat this level with no boosters. Stay on one side of the board and if you are able to play it on the PC through Facebook then the bomb start at 13 and not 8 so that does help. I don't know if I could have beat in on the iPad. They should fix that so its consistent. Good luck....you can do it. Don't give up. You made it this far.

Anonymous said...

Update..tablet/phone version bombs' finally at 13 countdown! Rejoice candy crushers as there is more hope to defeating the level. Good luck & perseverance to all!!

rob said...

Normally I play CC om my Android tablet. After I've read here that on your PC the bombs have 13 moves in stead of 8, I tried it and yes indeed: ridiculous but true: 13!
Had to use 2 lollypops of the daily booster to eliminate 2 bombs and made it quite easily, really.

Rob

Anonymous said...

please do something about it, you are obliging us to stop playing candy crush as this level does not make any sense, its frustrating and not fun anymore.
Pleassse do something about it and sort it out King

Anonymous said...

I'm playing on iPad Air, and the bombs still have 8 moves!
Where is the update???

Anonymous said...

Ok obviously I love candy crush or I wouldn't be on level 735. NEVER COMPLAIN BUT THIS LEVEL IS IMPOSSIBLE TO BEAT

anonymous37 said...

Still don't have the update to 13 moves on bombs on my IPhone. :(

Anonymous said...

Horrible, impossible, boring level. No fun anymore and not fair that tablet starts at 8 bombs. They should make games challenging but at least with some semblance of being able do it. Candy Crush not fun anymore with these ridiculous levels. Like someone said above, it's become tedious and more like work, not a fun relaxing game anymore.

rob said...

It's 13! But 500.000 points in stead of 250.000. Doable.
Rob

Anonymous said...

Rob of above, I don't know what you're playing on, but on iPad it's still 8-move bombs and 250,000 points!!! Impossible, impossible!!!

Bill. said...

Updated on the phone bombs 13 and 250000 points. Keep to one side if possible wrapped candies very useful to get the points. I finished several times but not enough points.

Anonymous said...

Finally got the update on iPad with 13-move bombs. Passed the level after a few times...totally enjoyable!

Anonymous said...

Me too. So much better with the 13 move bombs. No boosters either. Not bad for a 71year old. Now I've got to do it again for my daughter

Anonymous said...

I was able to finish this level three times before any bombs exploding. This would've been great, if it weren't for the fact that none of this three times I managed to get the 250,000 points.

Alexiusp21 said...

around 25 nov, the game changed and became slightly more "cooperative". they must have realised their algorithms were making impossible solutions; so now, the dropped bombs were more similar.

after a few tries in the new system, i cleared this with no boosters, and my skill level is low.

Anonymous said...

thank you for the tips...they really helped! :)

Anonymous said...

I was stuck on this level for days using my iPad. I passed it the first time on the computer. In computer edition you only need 100,000 points, a much more realistic goal!

Anonymous said...

JanC here. Squeeeeeked by using the advised strategy by Ms Cookie. Limit play to one side. Make no horizontal stripes or sprinkles that disturb the other side. Quit if you get bombs on both sides. I tried every other strategy and can only say I'd have never passed without following her strategy exactly as laid out. Of course, at least 15 lives were lost despite following her advice, but I'm convinced hers is the only way to beat it. Oh, and when you have fewer than 15-12 moves (whatever the bombs are), you can do what you want on the other side to raise your points to pass. I got one star, but used no boosters, or even much patience. Beat this one in under an hour, taking breaks.

Tips:
1. Play on a tablet or maybe a computer. Tablet bombs have 13 moves as opposed to 8 on the phone.

2. Stick to one side until about 20 moves left. Set of a wrapped and stiped combo or two in order to get the 250, 000.

Once I followed those two patterns, I was routinely getting to the end, just didn't have the points. I didn't need to use a single boost or anything the any of the times I got to the end.

Anonymous said...

Took me about 20 goes and I only got to the end three times but was short for points on the first two. I'm the end I played whole board to get the points, a colour bomb I managed to make helped with points and getting to a bomb that was going to explode then I had to use a handy switch I won to stop another. For all of those whose saying that their is a glitch because you don't progress once you get the points but are blown up by a bomb I suggest you haven't been paying too much attention to the point of these levels. Making it to the end is the real challenge and the game has been designed this way. Regards AJ

Another one that is different from Android (and, from the responses here, iPad/iPhone) than the PC. My Android version had 8 round bombs, and the PC version had 18 round bombs. Truly a ton easier on the PC. Blew at least 40 lives on the Android with a few games hitting 100k before bombs blowing up. Cleared first game on PC with 0 stress.

Anonymous said...

With the latest update the number of moves was reduced to 25. It's a lot easier now. Succeeded with my first try now.

This is the stupidest level yet. There's no way you can finish this without them giving it to you cause there's no skill. I used all my hammers and still didn't make a dent. I got over 250000 points a few times but too many moves left so bombs exploded. Candy crush needs to change this level cuz they're losing players!!!!

Anonymous said...

I don't wish to sound like a smartarse because I was stuck on 734 for a few goes, not that many but was lucky I had a lifesaver dude in my collection and a couple of hammers. Got 734 with 1 move left. Got this level first go on the very last move. Got lucky with a striped and wrapped combo and probably 3 or 4 striped. Only got 1 start though and JUST crept over the 100k by about a 1000. Luck, that's all it is.

Anonymous said...

cherylcandycrush here.

I was seriously worried as I saw someone in level 734 say they heard this level was hard.

I got through on my second go. Admittedly not in a blaze of glory-only one stripe.
Maybe got lucky to get through fast because heaven knows I am not a great player.

A stripe/colour ball combo did it for me and I finished with several moves left over.

I am offering thanks to the candycrush gods, anyway. In my own experience, level 734 was much worse, so hang in there folks.
If I can get through in two turns, anyone can if they are sent the right board.

Czar said...

735 has become easier it seems and got it with two tries. The complaints had worked it seems. Thanks, complainants.

Anonymous said...

Don't know why, but I only needed 100,000 for this level. Finished it in about 4 tries. Only one.star but I am moving on!

Anonymous said...

I must have gotten a lucky board. My first move made a color bomb my second lined up a stripe beside it. Kept getting combos. Only trouble I had was keeping bombs in check. Finished on first try.

Kfmconsulting said...

Got this on the third try on my PC where you only need 100,000 points as compared to 200,000 on my iPad. Couldn't work just one side because of no matches.

Charlotte said...

Yeah I'm surprised you've got this far without noticing that levels like this require you to play until the end. Have had many a frustrating experience when a bomb explodes.

mum of 3 said...

Got this on my second try with no boosters. Followed the tips to leave one side alone and managed it.

Hp.fruity said...

I was surprised to find this level fairly easy after buying boosters to get through 734. My tips are take your time it's not a speed level but points in 25 moves. Make combos where you can and use bombs to do this. I worked mainly on one side and let the chocolate build up on the other however any of the combos made would blast the chocolate anyway. Not my best score but 2 stars 3 attempts.

Anonymous said...

Not sure why they said to "give up" if you have bombs dropping from both sides... I had them on both sides right from the start, and beat the level first try anyway.
