Hints and tips showing how to pass level 3694 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
You have to collect a double wrap combo and the waffles from the bottom part of the board.
First of all don't try to make the wraps unless they appear easily, there is no need.
The only thing you need to do is collect the keys, each one will unlock the next until eventually the two locked cells will release the two wrapped candies into the middle of the waffles and you can switch them together, collecting the combo and the waffles in one move.

It pays to read Cookie's comments. here I was struggling to get this one by using wrap boosters and wasting them. When all you need is to collect the keys. But collecting them is easier said than done. Lucky board needed. But IF the keys are collected THEN the two wraps appear. One move later the wraps take the waffles and the level is passed.
I totally agree! It pays to read Cookie's tips. Even after a CB combo, you still need to collect 6 waffles and it's hard to collect them because they are all in the middle protected by licorice. After several tries and reading Cookie's tip, I passed it with 14 moves to go.
I started with a chocolate sprinkle/stripe and finished with 23 moves left.

Burned thru a lot of boosters!! Already waiting for the lucky board!!
Got all the keys but what dropped down was a yellow wrap and a plain yellow. They pulsed and blew up the waffles but I was still lacking the double wrap. Barb
This time I added a stripe wrap combo and used a hand switch to get two wraps together. Got the keys and this time two wraps DID fall down in the bottom center. Am I going crazy? Barb
I am such an idiot. I could easily have won this if I had just paid attention to the goal! I had the two wraps open. All I had to do was match them and I would have got the rest of the waffles. I’m beating my head against the wall for being so stupid!
I had the same thing 1 yellow wrap & a plain yellow and they exploded?!? I think some how 1 wrap was hit by a stray stripe, so it exploded and set offthe other. Fortunately I must have had a lucky board, because I was able to make two wraps next to each other to finish the level.
Something's wrong! The waffles are gone but still the counter says 7. Again and again...

Like others i was glad i read cookies comments as i was wasting booster wraps when ypu dont need to ..posting for luck as the keys seem hard to get ...or just use the hammers on them if you've got any
I am finding this level extremely hard. I'm not getting any decent moves and can't collect the keys in a timely manner. I'm beginning to get tired of fighting with this game. Everything is hard now, not fun anymore.
Only 25 moves now and much harder. In that amount of moves I have collected only 1 key. Candy crush has done it again.

Totally vile level. Keys are nearly impossible to collect and players need to rely upon lucky combinations. Furthermore, even after collecting all the keys and receiving congruent wraps, uncollected waffles always remain on the board, locked behind candy cane gates and licorice walls. Theses are impossible to reach and collect to complete the level. Come on, King!
Actually my friend it seems that you are the one that keeps writing the same old "crap"and you have chosen Sharon as your target..so apparently her posts intrigues you enough that you have to constantly comment upon. And I apologize to you sir and to everyone on this blog because usually I refrain from lowering myself to the levels of morons....you can launch personal attacks against me as much as you want but when it comes to my friends that's a different story...and mind you I have never met Sharon ..but sometimes you just know the beauty of a person

Comments helpful in that I finally got all the keys as that became my objective. However, only got 1 wrapped at the end which left ONE waffle and NO WAY to get it. Arrggghhhhh.
Can't even get all the keys before I lose lives. Terrible level. Never saw the 2 wrapped released yet after 100+ tries...
OMG posting for luck seems to work. Magical. Started with CB and stripe. Got the keys and then one wrap and one yellow came down which killed some waffles, leaving me with 3 left to get rid of. Nope. Tried again and got it exactly as they said. Good riddance.

It can be a Nice game if you can collect the keys. In 30 games I only got the upper key. Nice ?
Totally agree with the comments that it's worth to read Cookie's hint in this board. The point is just to collect the 5 keys with 1 move left to combine both yellow wraps and collect the baffles. But with 25 moves it's very difficult, mainly the four ones on the bottom. Never get the right colour or the correct combo or CB on the right position. Starting with boosters doesn't help either. Again fully depending on luck. No fun. Boring.

The one and so far only time I’ve collected all the keys I got a yellow wrap and a plain yellow. It still exploded but left me with 3 waffles and still needing the wrap combo and no way to get them. Seems like a glitch to me. As with a lot of levels lately always relying on the lucky board. Just totally lost the love for this game. What once was a stress reliever now causes me stress. ��♂️

This insulting level is enough to make me quit altogether. third day trying no luck etc Boosters all gone. Plus 50 gold bars for $5 now only 30 bar - 40% decrease vs inflation??? King Games proving to be not only stupid (these high levels) but greedy stupid as well. HOF is laughing, they entertain whilst Candy Crush insults. I do not pay to be insulted. 24 hours if no pass this level then quit altogether
Following above statement, cannot share or receive free games due to King upgrade (they say fault they are working on, 6 days later still not fixed). So in a social platform they are removing social connection. ?????

Thought I had this level after hundreds of tries, but an explosion in my last move took out the two wrapped candy with other candies and it didn't count. Somehow I got 2 hours of lives and spent them trying to do this level. Thinking it's impossible!
Been stuck here for a long time now. One time I did manage to capture all the keys. But then what dropped was not two wraps but something else that exploded by itself. I didn't even see what it was, it happened so fast. It only took out a few of the waffles. I have no idea what could have exploded by itself. Wraps explode twice, and this one only did one explosion. Probably just one more random cheating maneuvers this game does.

This is a ridiculous level - I have no idea how I will get it. Help!!!!!
Have only played this level for a while and I can already see that the board does not give you a chance to collect the keys! I will need a lucky board for this level and probably really fast because I am already bored with this level.

Help please - another board where I have far fewer moves than advertised. I’d really appreciate a lucky board as I can’t move forward at all and would hate to give up on CC, but it’s becoming really discouraging, as board after board seems to be faulty or have glitches. Thank you for assistance.

I got down to the dreaded 3 waffles and used only precious UFO to be done with it.
I cannot even come close! I cantc even get all the keys collected! This board is torture and not even fun. Time to take a break for awhile..maybe just give it up

Ridiculous level! Your moves are chosen for you as you only get one move option with each move. Lucky you get one key much less all of them. Sick twisted programmers...Candy Crush isn't fun anymore and certainly isn't relaxing. Boosters are a waste as you are forced to use them right away and they do no good..you have ruined it right along with your other games..Farm Heroes sucks too.

Very discouraging and I’ve gotten a wrap and stripe blast that did nothing! This game is so fixed! Glad I’ve never spent a single penny on this rip off game!

The level 3694 board that I have shows that I have to clear 3 frogs. All of the tips that I see include keys in my board does not have keys in it. How do I clear the frogs?

You can't clear frogs, you have to grow them and use them three times.
