Hints and tips showing how to pass level 3737 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
At the time of writing there is no point in me trying to write tips for this level, it just doesn't work.. There are not enough moves just to get the chocolate, let alone all the other stuff you need. It's just about possible to get the licorice and you can destroy the spawner, the licorice keeps dropping down from the hole where it was, but no chance whatever of getting enough chocolate in the moves available.
You could try using a lucky candy booster, but they mostly turn into licorice until you have collected enough and you still may not get enough to give all the chocolate you need.

I will update this when it is possible some time in the future.
Some devices have more moves so if you have the chance to play on FB or a mobile device you may find it easier to pass.

I agree that with only 18 moves, this level is impossible. I've been stuck here for over a week and am truly getting bored. I hope they change it soon.
For me it's at least unfair that ten days ago this level was much more easier (35 moves and less orders to collect). I find unacceptable the unequal treatment of the players. Restore asap the board.
I had 27 moves available on 9/06 and with that and the space dash, it was quite do-able. Of course starting with a double CB helped a lot. From there I had to use one switch at the end to allow for some chocolate. I cannot imagine trying to do this with 18 moves as the poster above, as it took me all 27 moves to get enough chocolate and licorice.
I had 24 moves and finished it with 21 moves. Had CB and wrap /stripe boosters.

I had 18 moves on my lap top but 24 on my phone. by feeding the frog level 606 I had 3 extra moves and 2 colour bombs. Using just 2 swaps i managed to finish this level. Good luck all you will need it. x
This level is impossible!! A waste of boosters!! Not enough moves to collect licorice & chocolate!!! Then you have to get the spawner!! You need the spawner for licorice!! So you have to buy extra moves!!! Coincidentally there's a special on buying piggy filled with gold bars!!! Gold bars for extra moves!!! Done unless this level is fixed!!
My laptop has 18 moves and is of course impossible. However, checked my phone and it has 24 moves, got it first try. Just about to give up on this game...it seems everyone gets different challenges and with different toolboxes.
27 moves on mobile with SD. Doable, but still needed two hammers to finish off the spawner.
I got lucky. Used SD 2 CB together. From there easy.
I also used fish and stripe wrap and extra colour ball.
27 moves on android when you have full space dash. Double Colourbomb combo best way to start. Striped, wrapped & colourbombs keep dropping so can hot the spawner. No need to wait to get rid of magic mixer/ spawner as I got rid of it after 11 moves. Dispenser drops down lots of liquorice once spawner's gone.
Show me how to clear 30 chocolates in 18 moves ???

I used stored up gold to buy extra lives twice. In that way, I was able to let the chocolate accumulate, being very careful not to hit any of it while it built up and then I got it.
Do need help on this one for sure.

PLEASE CC listen to us player. I suppose you make the levels for us or am I out in the blue??? This level is impossible. Even "The Master can not help us with tips. Soon I'm out of the CC Word

I have 21 moves on laptop and chromebook to try and clear level 3737, this is virtually impossible, why do all the videos on u tube showing how to complete level have 35 moves. Needs to be changed.
Completed this level after using many GOLD BARS to extend number of moves!! Will not be able to repeat on future levels as GOLD BARS now seriously reduced. Please look at number of moves on future levels....
Playing level 3737 again and just realised my moves have dropped from 21 to 18. This is absolutely ridiculous as is was impossible before with 21 moves. King trying to make CC players buy boosters to complete an impossible level.

Ridiculous! Only 18 moves unless you have Space Dash, which gives you a miserly 3 more. Tried numerous times to let the chocolate build up by disturbing it as little as possible and only working the top part of the board; but even if I get close to collecting all the chocolate, I can't come close to getting enough licorice. Stupid level. C'mon King!
18 moves to get 30 chocloate, 40 licorice, and the spawner...I just don't see how it's possible.
With 21 moves, started with space dash, added wrap/stripe combo and check mark booster, finished on the last move, thinking check booster was the key, perhaps a lucky board as well!

I passed it, do not know how, but def used boosters as I had the helmet.
Another way King is trying to screw us. Notice how many gold bars are the max in the Piggy Bank. Used to be 60. That was a good deal if you purchase.
What is the purpose of different players getting different versions of a level? Why should some players get 18 moves and others get 35? Why do some players need 40 licorice and 30 chocolates and others need half that many? It just makes my blood pressure go up!!! Somebody let me know when this has been fixed...GRRRRR!!!!
Worst level to date. Burned up dozens of boosters to no avail. Way too many orders to fill in way too few moves. Stupid design!

The math literally shows impossible to complete without buying extra moves. 18 moves to get 30 chocolate. 12 on board to begin with - you need all your moves to have 18 more grow. You would then need additional moves to clear said chocolate. Then how could you possibly get 40 licorice if your whole board is covered in chocolate?
Agree the mathematics do not add up.. Using a "tick" booster could help to give an extra chocolate but still not enough without buying extra moves...
When a level is truly mathematically impossible to pass without buying moves, that's not fair. I understand King is a company, which means they want profit. But, they have built the game for years making "very difficult" levels, which are mathematically feasible...just with strategy, time & patience you can pass. When a level is truly impossible, and you just have to purchase your way to a win...that takes the fun, strategic part of the game away.

This is King's explanation of levels being changed. Seems they have what they call "select" groups to "test" variations of levels. Seems to me that just about everyone falls into this category.

Okay, I guess the reason this is not classified as super hard is, because they have invented a new classification, super impossible. I'm not one to give up, swear or beg for a 'lucky board' but honestly.....!!!

Just completed the level. Started with 21 moves and a tick booster. After several tries was 1 chocolate and 10 liquorice away. Got a free 5 move spin . If you screenshot the wheel there is a 15 move position. Then only needed 2 liquorice so used 7 gold bars to get another spin with 5 moves. Now moved off this ridiculous level....
Theoretically chocolate could grow on both sides, so I was less moves. But practically you must make it first at all possible to grow (it's locked) and if when you clear one side it takes some moves until the chocolate spawner spawns chocolate again. And - as you said - not to talk about the other orders. So I agree, 18 moves is not doable (btw even boosters and all my experience did not help incl 21 moves due to helmet)
Did it. I admit, I bought a booster box for 2.29 Eur incl 20 gold bars to have enough (10) gold for 5 extra moves as I did not win 5 moves with the normal spinning wheel. If you don't want to pay, you must wait for the next free spin (I thin every 48 hours or so?) and have luck while spinning. Started with tick booster and helmet (21 moves). Tip: Do NOT start with double CB. It's better not to detrroy the whole chocolate in the bottom, so it can grow better. Focus on destroying the spawner. If it's gone, try to get more liquorice and let the chocolate still grow (do avoid using boosters and getting cascades). To get more liquorice, remember one move to not destroy liquorice, then it falls again (eg switch a wrap in the top, so there is more place for new liquorice falling). When the liquorice is gone, use combos for the chocolate. When I had my last move, I had 2 chocolates left. I used a switch to get the second last chocolate (made by tick booster) and the last move for the last chocolate.
With helmet (21 moves) + tick booster + 5 extra moves + switch it was possible for me see below.
This one should be a hard level or just not posiable without spending money on extra moves . Why should we when it is supposed to be a game not a money making machine . Shame on CC

Truly impossible ! Candy boards are not stress busters anymore. Please do something to repair this. Stuck with the board for a week now.
I see its back up to 28 moves...tried it and got 3 stars using no boosters

Just played it on my phone (Samsung) the moves went up to 21and the chocolate was reduced to 25 took me a couple of tries but definitely more doable
Got lucky on first try. Started with double color bomb, let the spawner make the licorice, make little moves at the top so the chocolate built up, cleared it then use lollipops to kill the spawner. 21 moves

I started with a colour bomb and a stripe/wrap combo as well as a lucky candy booster.
I matched the bomb with the wrap to burst a hole into the locked candies holding back the chocolate. I think the key is to break through that as early as possible and get the chocolate growing.
After that it was pretty straightforward and I had a couple of moves left.
Maybe they changed something because it didn't seem impossible at all, just thinking carefully.
I had 21 moves.
I go back to level 606 to earn 2 CB, 2 Stripe/Wrap and 3 Xtra moves (when it's available, it's not available today) every time before I attempt level 3737.
Someone suggested combining a CB and a Wrap to burst the licorice cages. It sounds like a great idea but I am unable to Reset without losing a life so that's not an option. I haven't been fortunate enough to have a CB anywhere near a Stripe or a Wrap.
The Spawner takes 5 hits and all 5 hits have to be from a Special Candy as the spawner is inside the candy cane fences.
It's simple to do the math and see that there just are not enough moves to hit the Spawner 5 times and collect 25 chocolate and 30 licorice.

After reading this and watching video, passed next try w 21 moves and no boosters. Worked first on hitting spawner, let the chocolate build up on the bottom when I could, and had a stripe-wrap combo as last move that hit enough chocolate and licorice to complete the orders. No color bombs at all that I can recall.
I think if you just come to this page and watch video, you magically seem to get a lucky board next try - without posting anything (for luck).
This level is really hard! Came close one time. Not getting any good moves! I have 21 moves on iPad. Need lots of luck!

Still can't do this one either short on chocolate, liquorice or haven't bit the spanner need at least 5 more moves
No boosters needed. You MUST break bottom right or left barriers within the 1st couple of moves to let the chocolate grow. Then forget the choc and try to find downward stripes to break middle. Try to unblock top right and left so stripes fall already made. Let chocolate grow and count before you blast them with all the stripes etc on the board. EVERYTHING STARTS WITH THE FIRST TWO MOVES. Hope this helps. No booster needed
Haven't been here in a while - only giving cc a few minutes a day of my life as king sees fit to make levels impossible - not worth the effort and certainly no fun. Checking for hints and some luck.

The key to collecting the chocolate on this level is to destroy at least of the licorice blockers in the first 2 moves to allow the chocolate room to spread.

I managed to clear this with just a couple moves left by hitting the spawner on the SIDE instead of the TOP for the board. I had enough chocolate left to clear to finish
