Hints and tips showing how to pass level 3790 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Level 3790 Candy Crush Saga is classified as a hard level so you can expect to lose a few lives before you manage to pass it.
You have to clear the four cakes and the 4 waffles to complete the level and you don't have many moves to do it.
First clear some of the chocolate to give you space to work, then look for wrapped candies and if you can't make them stripes are next best. If you can switch two wrapped candies together next to the cakes they will completely clear at least one cake and if you get them in the right place they will clear two.
Don't worry about the waffles, they will be collected as you clear the cakes. The waffles are in locked cells and will be unlocked as the keys are collected, but this will happen as you are clearing the cakes.
Another good combo if you can make it is a double colourbomb combo, but this won't totally clear the cakes although it will clear quite a lot of sections from all the cakes.

Started with space dash then got three sprinkle wrap combos and none of those hit anything. Really????
Started with full sd then 2cb together cleared lot of the cakes plus chocolate then managed to make cb stripe finished 😀
Started with space dash and added a stripe/wrap booster. I had two wraps together and followed Cookie’s advice and combined them. That cleared two cakes. I got a combo to clear the third cake, but needed two hammers to clear the last cake.
I have never got a helmet or space dash. Have been playing since yesterday and used more than 100 lives and many boosters. The moves are also reduced to 16. Need a lucky board posting for luck

There is not near enough moves to do this level!
I found 3788 and 3788 extremely difficult, but solved this level 1st try without reading the advice here. Had "only" helmet and used one switch for a double wrap in the end. I started with CB+wrap (wrap in the color of the key!), this opened the board nicely. Wraps and even better double wraps are mainly what you need (if they are laying on the fence above, they still hit the upper part of the cake). Of course take stripes and CB combos also when possible and helpful. Finished with the last (19th) move.
Well, now this is too much. Thrice I cleared the cake before getting all the keys, and the blast that followed took away the waffles too..without counting them as a done order. So now there were no waffles to collect.
Is it happening with anyone else too??

Well, like others, lost my ability to keep my SD today. Didn't do an update or anything, just wasn't there after exiting/restarting game. Would be nice if they spent time fixing the checkmarks before worrying about that fix. Good warning about the waffles. Sounds like we have to collect them before clearing a cake?
Another horrible level. I thought the last one was worst ever but all the games now are frustrating and dependant on luck. Can I have a lucky board please
Very frustrating level. Sixteen moves just isn’t enough. I’ve been on this level for a week now and the most I’ve cleared is two cakes. One more day and I’m quitting for good. For what started out to be a fun game is not anymore. The levels have become evil.

3 days in & Ive only ever managed to clear 1 square? I guess wait a week or 2 AGAIN & then rely on lucky board. So glad I only play out of shear boredom now otherwise would of quit long ago! The fun got sucked out of it long ago when you have no choice but to have boosters! My children & friends all used to play but now only me. :-(

Just saying "HELP" These levels are ridiculous. Can't win without a lucky board!
Not sure what’s going on with candy crush? Had problems with boosters Last week. I collected them but never received boosters. This level I’ve been collecting lots of them, they show up on the game board, however they don’t accumulate and therefore no boosters. What’s up candy crush???

Impossible level need more moves. Played for days one 3 different devices, used boosters, extra moves, watched video for extra lives.
Many times left with one slice of cake to clear with no hammer left as used the all, and the wraps/stripes are made at the other side of board.
Kinfpg get the algorithm board to clear this level.
