Hints and tips showing how to pass level 3899 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
You have to collect 35 licorice to complete level 3899 Candy Crush Saga.
Collecting the licorice isn't too much of a problem but getting it to drop fast enough can be. There are already 16 licorice on the board at the start of the level, but it drops from the dispensers only when there is empty space below them and only one or two per move. For this reason you need to keep the space under the licorice dispensers clear so that it can drop as much as possible.
Combos will give lots of fish if you hit the floats with them and the fish will clear the licorice so are very helpful.

Been on this level for 3 days! Just not enough licquorice falling.
as usual fish is useless and izit necessary for them to program the fish to swim out of the CC screen and come back again is so annoying and wasting time
Space dash and all the boosters available, re-set to start with sprinkles side by side, did it with 6 moves to spare, thanks to the tips.
Several times I could have won if there were enough licorice on the board. All empty under the dispensers for several moves but no licorice dropped. Seems programmed to prevent you from winning on purpose. $$$$$

Then just played and waited for enough licorice before using other boosters.

As everyone else is saying “not enough licorice falling”. At least make the level playable please. Five days and closest I’ve got is 12 licorice left to get. I hate these levels when you have to wait for that ‘lucky board’!

I rarely comment on how hard a level is but this one is wicked. I only passed once I spun for 5 extra moves.

Another ridiculous level. Just another ploy to get you to try and spend money. And what's with the new bonus stuff. I always win free 30 mins of a booster after I used all my lives, makes them useless unless I want to buy more lives. AND, they team me up with people that don't play any more on the Fav Five and on the race for gold I always get stuck with people that progress a lot faster than me??????????????

This level has only 19 moves, no fish, no floats, no track. In short, it doesn’t resemble anything discussed. It looks totally different & there’s no video of anyone completing it. Perhaps its time to buy shares & reap dividends rather than wasting my time sitting around getting fat.
Another super boring, super hard level that has hardly any moves each go. It’s a level they expect us to be stuck on, so please, king make it more interesting and like we could actually win it! It’s so frustrating when liquorish doesn’t drop, even though there is an empty space. And just so dull :-(
