Hints and tips showing how to pass level 3923 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Level 3923 is a dual task level, you have to collect orders and clear the jelly to complete the level. The orders are chocolate and yellow candies which will be provided by the lucky candies. There is enough chocolate on the board at the start of the level, but some of the lucky candies will also change into chocolate until all the chocolate you need is collected so the sooner you can collect the chocolate the more yellows you will get.
Look for special candies and combos from the start and use them to clear the chocolate and change the lucky candies. Any combo will help but double colourbombs and stripe/wrap combos are the best as they will clear a lot of chocolate and jelly at the same time.
Use the conveyor to make your special candies and get the combos together.
The candies will cycle around from the bottom right to the top left once the marmalade is cleared from the bottom right section and this will fill up the left side of the board with candies.
Once you have collected enough chocolate all the lucky candies will change to yellows so they will be pretty easy to collect but the hard part is clearing the jelly and this is likely to be what you are left with at the end if you run out of moves.
The moves may be reduced in the future but the video below by Cookie is completed in 17 moves

Agree, especially as the moves have been reduced from 24 in the video to 20.
Without boosters very hard. With booster pretty easy, I used a CB and a stripe from my stock (before this, I had booster bot and started with CB+Wrap which led to nowhere). And Mrs cookies advice is important and good - try getting all chocolate first, then clear the chocolate in the bottom, then the yellows are very easy (needed maybe 5-6 moves until here) and then finally clear the jellies. If you are at this point, combos are fairly easy to create. Good luck!

Really tough level, but don't give up. Start with colorbomb combo and make sure you concentrate on getting rid oj lower jellies before thinking of the top of the board.

AND PEOPLE - WAITING FOR A LIFE NOW TAKES 1 HOUR INSTEAD OF 30 MINUTES - SEEMS THIS JUST HAPPENED OVER THE LAST COUPLE OF DAYS, MINE CHANGED AS OF TODAY - Absolutely ridiculous. You all need to complain to King, a lot of players are going to be saying their goodbyes, surely they realized this? I've lost so many 'friends' who dumped Candy Crush, I don't even have people to ask for a life. Maybe I need to get a real life.

Been playing this level for several weeks with no joy, but slowly withdrawing to only once a day or less and may be able to be clean after a while...
Another boring level,was close to beating it and used two ufo boosters,but they sent wrapped candys where they wern't needed,total rip off
flat out impossible without luck. Even boosters haven't helped. no fun at all
