Hints and tips showing how to pass level 3960 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Level 3960 is a jelly level and although it is not classified as hard at the moment it is certainly hard without boosters.
If you can make a couple of stripes in the middle above the candy canes you can uncover a stripe/wrap combo which will drop from the dispenser and this will help clear the blockers in the middle and the locked candies outside.
A colourbomb/stripe combo will be useful if you can make one as it can hit blockers and jelly that you might struggle to clear otherwise.
Stripe/wrap combos are also good combos to use and a double colourbomb better still.
I'm not sure if this level is possible without boosters and at the moment there are no videos available so I will post a video with boosters below.

Tried so many boosters. More than 20 CB AND fishes. Now I got 2 hours of wrap. Still am stuck on this level. Cant even get close. Moves have also been reduced to 15. Need a lucky board posting for luck
I used a hand switch to pit 2 colour bombs together before I made any moves. I also selected each of the boosters before starting & got it on first try with 2 moves left. Good luck!

Finally got it after about 50 tries. Used cb with wrap to start. Fish booster made the difference for me. Barb
Full space-bot and 1 hr free CB, was able to start with CB/CB after initial fall, done on the last move!

Another horrible level, played for hours with boosters loaded. Im hating this!
Such a restricted board, you just can't make any combos and I found the stripe / wrap feed, which I am assuming is the key to getting through this, produced one combo then just spewed out normal candies. So finally with full SD and a fish I set off CB/stripe which opened up the board and then I used a precious flying saucer (from collecting CB challenge) which opened it up. Still took all the moves to clear it. Nanny Annie
Hey candy crush. Please just give us 10 moves for the rest of the levels so that we can hurry up and just use up any remaining boosters. You obviously are just toying with us. This level cannot be completed with 15 moves and no boosters. It’s ridiculous. Stop crapping on us and either end the game or give us a fighting chance. I hate you more every level. As I’ve said before, I’m gone when my boosters are gone. This game makes me sick.
Struggling! I prefer to only post if I have a helpful tip, but I've got nothing. I'm worried that I'll need to use my one and only UFO plus some hammers if I ever get close, but I've not yet been close. Is there any way to get free UFOs anymore? Used to get them on level 2000. ~crush on! Katrina K.

That was brutal. Playing it for a week, even loaded with bots/boosters, not even close. Until today...
Had full bot & added fish & exra wrap/stripe boosters.
Started with bombs side by side, & on 1st move was able to make another color bomb.
Was able to make progress & make another color bomb. Was down to 1 jelly on last move & took care of it with a hammer.
Hard to believe this isn’t considered a hard level & I finally beat it.

I observe one thing if u hit color bomb with strip or wrap it will unlock red candies
I’ve played this game since 2014, but I’m struggling with these impossible games. I have to admit I paid for boosters and extra lives recently but never before. Finished with this stupidity I may dip in or out through boredom but that’s about it. 🙁

Doesn't even say this 1 is hard it is it's pathetic the nightmarishly hard ones are easier I need more moves candy crush otherwise I'm giving up cos it's a horrible level the pits
