Hints and tips showing how to pass level 3992 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
You have to clear the jelly and blockers as well as collect mystery candies to complete the level.
You need a bit of luck as well as strategy to complete this level and you don't have many moves to do it since they have been reduced from 26 moves to only 20.
The hardest part, and the one that will need the most luck, is clearing the jelly in the outside squares at the bottom of the board. The wrapped candies that drop into the jelly will clear most of the blockers and jelly but eventually you may be left with jelly squares without any candies in them. These need to be hit with some kind of combo, or if you are lucky and get fish from the mystery candies these fish will clear the tricky jellies.
You are always going to need some luck when levels include mystery candies and this one is no exception, bad things from the will make it impossible to pass but fish and other goodies will mean the difference between a pass and a failure.
Level 3992 was not an easy level with 26 moves and it is almost impossible with only 20. If you have a jelly fish booster it may be worth using it to give you a bit better chance but here again it is still down to luck.There is no video available at the moment with only 20 moves.

Not just moves reduced from 26 to 20 but lucky candles also increased from 15 to 20. Thanks, King, for yet another fun level ruined by your greed. Why aren't you honest enough to release for preview the levels you actually offer?
I wonder wen they redice moves and increase orders etc do the developers test it to see if its doable!! Err i think not not! As this game is getting more and more ridiculous and not fun at all!!

Very surprised not to see more comments. Tried everything going and come up way short every single time.
Boosters useless.......and very depleted. Sugar track always useless these days.
Begin with full load of boosters (cb,wrap/strip and fish) and build-a-bot boosters. Open the board with cb side by side to make a good start. Have to use one magic hand to form strip and cb combo in the last move. With 23 moves in the start I complete this level with 2 moves left in the first try ( one star only). Purely lucky play only. Good luck to all players.
Cleared first try... cb cb side by side cleared most of the blockers... had to use 2 hammers to clear the last 2 jellies... plain horrible levels

3rd day and still stuck. I really need help. I will buy a extra moves if I’m close to win, but I can’t even get that close. I don’t know why I’m struggling this level. Help!

A fish wrap combo works but wait to use it when u have that hard to hit jelly
I could have passed this level had I bought 2 hammers, but I didn’t want to spend anymore money on boosters as I told myself I am quitting at level 4000. I will just enjoy the ride until then, even if it means frustration.

Another frustrating level, impossible without a lucky board
My wish to reach level 4000 before Christmas seems less and less likely at everyone of these continously hard levels.
Please King, gives us a break and demonstrate a little generosity for our Christmas gift? You certainly have nothing to lose, and it will make your players happy for once :)

Is this possible with 20 moves needs sorting.
Is King trying to shut us out...Really seems that way....Each level is worse than the previous....I am with everyone else who will not spend money on this level no matter how close i am...If i dont reach 4000 by Christmas... I will definetly be done with this game.
Think this is the final straw to break the camel's back. There is no skill left in this game any more and no fun either.

Been trying for ages and now I realise I’m struggling because they’ve reduced the moves. Ah well !
Passed 1st go using stocking boosters +cb from Rami, started with double cb, finished on last move, needed no extra boosters thankfully. I have ability to earn stocking boosters on phone but not on tablet any more Why is that? Pointless playi g on tablet any more as these levels impossible without boosters!

22 moves now. I play stocking/bot 1/2 way for 3 extra moves. Too impatient to play for the full load. Anyway, about to try for the 1st time. I think I’ll used all the allowed boosters too. Maybe even reset until CB - CB possible... hmmm... I’ll let ya know what happens!

Soooo fed up with spending days on each level. I will give this level 100 tries and if not passed by then I am out of here. 54 tries so far and getting somewhat close 2 of them. Anyone who can recommend a game like CC used to be?

Need some luck for this one ... I refuse to buy boosters and think it’s very unfair they make theses levels so hard that you need boosters. Also making it harder to earn boosters sucks too .. oh well hope to get by this level real soon before I really start hating this game !!
Don't waste your breath on these type of levels.
I mainly play on my mobile. I keep my computer Facebook account untouched to add daily boosters. When I am stuck on the phone, I log into my PC and play a carnage game: Add all the trimmings, CB fish wrap striped candies, you name it... Not pretty but at least it's free.
When I finished this fuc... level, King informed me that I collected the 4 scrolls (whatever) and they offered the possibility to buy powerups at discounted price 4.49 euros only)
King is the most unethical game in this world and they don't treat their top players with any respect. It's for you to decide if you want to pay (which I refuse) or when you are going to leave this evil for the sake of your own sanity.

This level is actually impossible! I cannot get enough blocks. How the heck are you supposed to pass!
This screen changed yesterday. There are now less blocks on the board initially, to make the game easier. However, there are now not enough blocks on the board to achieve the 67 required.
How lucky that I've come upon this level just as they've changed the cream blockers to an impossible amount. No number of boosters will help here, just need to wait for King to realize their screw up and fix it.
Played this for days. There arent enough moves to get the blockers. Finish the other orders easily and am always left with blockers to collect. The lowest number left so far is 15. I really dont think it can be done. Leaving this game at 4000 if I get there as I waste far too much time on it.
I had to use 3 hammers to clear a popcorn which formed in the bottom right corner.🙁
