Hints and tips showing how to pass level 4139 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Level 4139 Candy Crush Saga is classified as a nightmarishly hard level so you are going to need to use boosters to pass it. I doubt that is is possible without boosters.
The jelly is under all the blockers in the bottom half of the board so they have to be completely cleared to get to the jelly. There are stripes in the portals down each side of the board but you need some luck with these as the dispensers also give you licorice which is unhelpful. The stripes should detonate the wraps in the middle of the board, which in turn will grow the popcorn, but you can't use the resulting colourbomb to any great advantage as it needs to be hit with a combo to detonate it.
You will need to play carefully to have any chance of passing this level and if you decide that you will use your boosters to pass it make sure you have enough to complete it and use them wisely so they are not wasted.

Started with 2 CB combo.
Used 2 hands to form 2 good combos.
Fish came back only once so I needed 2 lollipops to finish the last 2 jellies.
After about 50 tries I had the chance, but I had only 3 hammers instead of 5

I started with a Full Stocking and combined a CB with a Wrap on my first move. It cleared a lot of the board, but in spite of that I couldn't stay ahead of the licorice that fell down the sides. Have a feeling I may be stuck here for a while.
Been stuck here for a while. Can't seem to make wraps or Stripes that are actually useful. Looks like I may be here for a while longer. Hoping for a lucky board soon.

I know I've said it before, but this time I mean it. .I have thrown everything I have at this level, but cannot get close...so, since you say it cannot be passed without boosters, and you have none, do you just quit?...let me know...

Certainly not an easy level! I have been on it since last night and just completed it. I didn't find the Fish Booster that helpful. I stopped using it and seemed to get a lot more cascades. A couple of hammer blows to line up stripe/wrap combinations, did it for me in the end.

Just one of those lucky board days. Try to hit the stripes on the sides. I had to use a switch at the very end; but I definitely say it was a lucky board. Other tries were never close. Jerseygirl.

After many unsuccessful attempts I used the fish booster but it was a waste. With 12 moves left I just needed 3 jellies but no fish came on the board. Tried again and passed without any boosters but needed three hammers.
Doesn’t work anymore. You only get a win for bot if win current level. Can’t go back and win

I am having fun with this level but not voming anywhre near passing it, I am tired of hearing some pass it first time with full this and that...I could to but they took all that away from some of us. Anyway it is a fun kevek but seems pretty hard so posting for luck
It's not true that you have to use boosters.
I just passed and I didn't use any boosters at all. It took quite a lot of goes, but I thought it was a fun level so I didn't mind.
It helps to pay very close attention to the stripes that fall down the sides and keep hitting them whenever you can. I also focused a lot on the squares at the bottom right and left because the are the hardest to hit.

I thought level 4138 was difficult, but this one beats it. Although a fun level to play, I came as close as 5 candies left. Cookie calls this one a nightmare, hope I will wake up soon and beat the demon. Fons

Here’s how they cheat in this one they quit making stripes to go down the sides when u get close to winning they then stick licorice in or make vertical stripes they do no good

I got to 4139 this morning after several days of fighting with bad levels. 4117 and 4118 were the worst in a very long time. Played 4139 twice and failed. Then the game took away all of my boosters and dropped me back to 4117. Keep checking, and it hasn't gone back to where I was. Quitting if this rip off sticks.

This level is luck. First time on the left column there was only liquorice so no way the jelly could be cleared. Second time stripes would come down the left. Nice and easy, no boosters and 7 moves to spare. It was like playing 2 completely different levels...
